Was not prepared for the open bathroom concept. Was sharing the room with a friend so had to ask each other to leave to use the bathroom. Just a little awkward as the room was more romantic.

Dehumidifier was a bit loud but I understand that it was necessary.

I loved everything about this stay — the hosts, the room, the location, and the breakfast. Such a perfect spot in a neighborhood that’s not crowded at all. The property was easy to find, and the host provided the location details prior to our arrival. Honestly, I didn’t expect much when I booked this place since I only chose it because it matched my vibe and the kind of places I usually go for when I travel. But they definitely exceeded our expectations. I felt at home, and the room we booked felt like having our own space up in the mountains. Not to mention the balcony with a beautiful view of Mt. Keelung. Thank you Saber and company! I truly hope to be back! I didn’t like the fact that we only booked one night!

we had a misunderstanding about the number of rooms,I was traveling with my senior uncle(he's like our father now that mom's gone)and we cant sleep in the same room so I ended up sleeping in the sofa rather than paying more to use the bedroom in 3rd floor which is tricky to get up to,its a treehouse after all,I ddint mind the sofa as I found it comfortable & still had a good night sleep

Can’t say anything since I change plans on the last minute. But they gave me a good impression on the customer service, they contacted me a day before the check in and I felt a positive energy on their end. I guess provide updated pictures of the property to let guests know what to expect. But no bad comments from my end.

The staff was friendly and willing to help for carrying luggage for us (seniors couple) down and up stairs. The warmest part was the female staff ( forgot asking her name) walking us out during a heavy raining day straight to the bus stop. The house didn't have big space for passing through.

The staff was very friendly and lent me two chargers for my phone. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was also very homey and had a great vibe about it. The only thing I can think of is that it might be nice to have a pull down blind over the bathroom door because it is made of glass

it is a lovely place. quite different with other typical hostel/airbnb/hotel etc. I am glad to have the opportunity to spend a night there.

The location was quite a climb and would recommend for bacpackers not luggage users as there are many stairs in the town and in the hotel itself too.

For the price, the room and accommodation were nice. It was ideally situated at a walkable distance from the famous old street. What really made the difference was the staff. They were all so nice and willing to help me with the next step of my journey!

It is very convenient to access to the ximending night market! Absolutely no….everything good for us

Location, decoration, The room decoration was very nice Breakfast will be prepared as we will be checking out early. Water leaked into the room from the ceiling. We rented this room because it has two separate bedrooms, but they never opened a room. We shared same bed. We didn't realize this early on. If one of the other rooms had been open, we wouldn't have to sleep in a room with running water. We listen to the dripping of water until morning . There is no need for a 24/7 reception, but but when help is needed, questions must be answered.

Beautiful old building, with cute little features throughout but still a nice modern bathroom. Very friendly staff, and the free breakfast is in a cute cafe nearby which was amazing. Really great value, wish I had stayed longer. A mirror in the room would be helpful
