Under construction having to be asking for things that you needed in the room did not have a microwave only had a small refrigerator

The hotel staff was very helpful in various ways. The property in general was well-maintained and the cleaned daily. The room was pretty small and tightly packed with furniture. There was no table or desk so doing work or eating was a little inconvenient. The Wifi was reliable. The location is rather noisy because there is a large building under construction across the street; also street noise (I was on 8th floor). There is no restaurant on site and only some coffee in the morning and, apparently, wine from 5-6.

Really loved the location of this hotel. You can walk to time square and to Central Park if you want. There’s a grocery store close, food options like Chick-fil-A. My daughter and I ate breakfast every morning at cascades which is on the corner of the block. A regular room was tiny but i guess that’s normal for New York. I would definitely come back here strictly for the location convenience hands down.

Everyone was extremely helpful with any request we needed. Bob at the front desk made sure our room was ready since our flight was delayed by a night. Beds were extremely comfortable, we slept in everyday we could. It's in a. Great area of town with so many great restaurants and a few doors down from Studio 54

The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to help make our stay fantastic. My daughter and I were both celebrating our birthdays and the staff truly made us feel special. They surprised us with a room upgrade which came with birthday cards and treats. We are so grateful for their kindness and superior hospitality. I will absolutely make a return stay in the future. Highly recommend!!

Room was a pretty good size for New York and loved the shower. I think it's a good location to be closer to Times Square and the tourist spots without being directly in Times Square. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a pretty standard hotel but the value for money is amazing! Staff and guests were friendly, everyone seemed like they I enjoyed it here. The rooms are small but that’s New York! I’ll stay here again I can’t believe the price, the room was clean!

While the location was excellent, the overall experience was dampened by an out-of-order elevator and underwhelming customer service from the staff.

Great location! Comfortable

Location was perfect for theatres and Central Park. Also, the subway was just seconds from the hotel. The room was clean and well presented. There's a lot of construction in the area at the moment, including scaffolding around the hotel. But of course, this is because they're trying to improve the property. It's a nice building.
