Ameritania Hotel at Times Square

The housekeeping staff was friendly.

Great location. We booked two rooms and one of them had a lingering smell which was bothersome. Stayed for one night and was convenient to get to where we needed to be.

Good location and clean Shower didn’t have sliding doors , too expensive to book another day , no free breakfast

The staff are also super helpful. I must make special mention of Jeff the Bellhop. He overheard us pondering on places to have breakfast in the lobby. He came over, introduced himself and gave us suggestions on budget friendly places to dine and activities we can do with the children. I must also mention the front desk staff, especially Anabelle, who assisted in resolving an issue with a package days after checking out of the hotel. Clean rooms, helpful staff & good location are the plusses we found at The Ameritania Hotel. I would definitely recommend!

The staff was amazing - every single staff person we encountered was helpful and friendly. The lobby was nice and there was always cold water available which is very nice during the hot summer New York days. Our room was a bit small but that's to be expected in Manhattan, but the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The location was great - halfway between Central Park and Times Square. I highly recommend!

Hotel was nice and in a great location. It was also very convenient being close to the Uber shuttle pickup and drop-off from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t very stable. My biggest disappointment was the view it was basically a view of the middle of the building, which wasn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay and the location was definitely a plus.

Clean modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the complimentary wine hour.

rooms were clean and staff were very nice. Jeff the bellman also introduced us to the hotels car service which saved us a good amount of money from uber. Also the lady bartender was very nice and she made and amazing “The Garden”

Great location. The lobby smelled very good and the room as well. The water (I’m a water fanatic) is extremely good. They give complementary coffee in the morning, no breakfast though.

Staff was excellent! Mohamad was very accommodating every time we needed something. Room was small but clean. Great location to Studio 54 Theatre and so many attractions.

Good location, love the wine happy hour! We did that every night! Liked the inside of the lobby and that they stored our luggage for free (we tipped of course). Only downside was no ledge for stuff in the shower so had to put our stuff on the ground and the city view was covered by construction. Otherwise great time! I would stay here again.
