Very clean Roomy Great for the price

The location was perfect for the areas we were visiting in the city. The elevator only had one working so we had to wait a bit for it at times.

I enjoyed the air conditioning.

The room was HUGE by NYC standards! AC was ice cold for the daytime, beds were comfortable and clean. Linens were soft. Our unit had a street view and the windows opened for fresh air and the city sounds at night! Subway station is right across the street! Several small restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to the FD (took about 45 minutes) to shop/explore. The area was clean and the hotel is nice. The day staff was SO friendly and helpful. The toiletries were nice, too. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash and lotions provided. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! The perfect location, great service, and so clean! Just wished the other elevator was as working. Otherwise, I love staying here!

This property used to be a well managed Hilton Garden Inn. Now it’s a disaster run by non professionals that don’t even answer the phone. Terrible people management.

Had booked a room with a view of Tribeca and all I got was a view of the other buildings back sides. The fan in the bathroom had lots of dust built up around it and the TV had a watermark that was on the whole time. The room itself was t bad, good size bed and good working a/c unit. Subway was very close and easy access to everything

Was told they where working on getting internet and TV but was never restored.

Great location for getting around New York. There’s a subway station literally directly outside the front door. Good air conditioning which was helpful for an August visit. They will keep your bags locked up before check in and after check out.

Great spot close to SoHo for shopping and restaurants. Easy to navigate the subway.

Safe location next to subway. Walking distance to One World and Brooklyn Bridge. 2 double beds, lots of storage, big bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink and activities close by.

Helpful staff at all times. Good location. Comfy beds. The bathroom was a bit oldish. Would benefit from slightly larger rooms and different lighting. Bathroom size ok.

We stayed here for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Staff was friendly and went out of the way to help us with printing our train tickets at the end of our stay. Room was clean, nice view, just what we needed to recuperate after long days of exploring the city. We visited during a heat wave and found ourselves coming back during midday to cool down in the AC and refresh. The location is right next to the Canal St. train station and very accessible for catching the A, C, and E trains. Thank you so much AMTD staff for a great stay!
