Wonderful long weekend in the city with my daughter. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a great view. Excellent location for shopping and dining, amd very walkable - we walked to a show in the theater district with stops for shopping and dinner - a perfect summer evening! Staff was helpful and friendly. Jonathan took great care to hold our bags upon arrival and departure, and got us settled into our room. Would stay again!

My husband and I stayed only one night here traveling from Brooklyn to New York City and we absolutely loved it. There’s so many little nooks and cozy places to get a drink or a bite to eat. There’s dim lighting and music playing. It’s a really romantic cozy spot for yourself and your partner or to bring your family if you’re looking for a cool Soho vibe I would definitely go back visit the diner or Gilligan’s for a drink and some dinner. It’s a great place to visit.

Love the bar and the lounge area near it. Wish the lighting in the entry area and the hallways was not so dim.

A wonderful SoHo location and a great destination for a couple or business traveler. Lots of great food options nearby. Loved the wallpaper and the lighting design.

I've stayed in maybe 8 different NYC hotels over the last 20 years and Soho Grand is by far my favourite one. Great location with beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Top notch staff and service as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and all the attractions I wanted to visit during my 24-hour trip to New York City. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

Always great Soho Grand, and I feel the speed at which any issues are addressed is ligthning fast as opposed to each time before which was a little slow. The A/C is in DESPERATE need of re-engineering so it can actually maintain the degree you should select, but other than that, great!
