I didn’t know I had to pay $219 for a hold on the room on top of the room fee of $254 then $100 deposit for half of a night due to me having a layover. I think I would definitely do more research on this hotel prior to visiting, that was a lot of money to pay out!!!

Great location, accessible to most of the subway metro lines. Breakfast spread was good. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Wifi speed was not good enough.

The staff was the only positive Front of hotel was blocked by giant dumpsters and staging area for construction elsewhere. No place to park and unload or load. Sink in bathroom was leaking into towels and they had black mold. They had to have been there for a while. Reported it on Wednesday and was told it would not be addressed until Friday. We were not offered a different room, we were handed a box of Clorox wipes to clean it ourselves

It’s near everything and not far from the subway The room was too small and the house skipped a day to clean the room I had requested after my 3th day of staying to clean my room

Great stay for a business trip — comfortable room, helpful staff, everything I needed. Only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was flaky at times.

Good breakfast, clean amenities, nice rooms. Bit rough of a neighborhood. It was a lot of construction. The door isn't well identified so look up for the sign.
