Broadway Plaza Hotel

Michal was sublime along with the rest of the team. He and the bellman were personable, helpful, efficient and professional. The room was a good size for the city and the bathroom was spacious. The location is fantastic as you are in walking distance to different train line, Moynihan Penn station and restaurants/bars were plentiful! I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Great property. Accessible to Times Square and other New York attractions. Right by the subway and great views from upper floors. Highly recommend. Large room. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. 9/10.

Loved the broadway plaza hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. Anthony was great giving us suggestions for restaurants. He even gave us the courage to use the subway!! The Thursday evening doorman ( I don't know his name) was remarkable. He helped us to our Uber with our luggage in the pouring rain! We will definitely stay here again!

This is an exceptional hotel in the heart of Manhattan.. the staff are exceptional and very accommodating .. they will go above & beyond to help.. the hotel is very clean and well maintained.. the rooms are a good size with tea/coffee making facilities also free bottled water every day … while staff are always on hand they do not bother you in anyway… the hotel is near the subway with restaurants & bars close by.. it’s also central to walk to the shops and sights

Excellent location, close to the Flatiron building and Penn station, and lots of popular spots to visit like the Empire State building and West Village are within easy walking distance. The room was spacious for central Manhattan, with a good sized bathroom and two double beds. Staff are friendly and helpful and you get free water and snacks in your room. The hotel has no bar or restaurant.

Great location! The hotel is in a safe area and conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also within walking distance of the Flatiron, with plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby. A very convenient spot for exploring New York! Room was very pretty with a nice view.

Location is excellent!

We loved our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean and had a fantastic view of the Empire State Building. It was also centrally located to all the tourist sites of Midtown Manhattan. The concierge was very helpful and the front desk staff very friendly. We would definitely return.

The hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful. The hotel is centralized with mant bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping nearby. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were able to store our luggage and use the washrooms both before check-in and after check-out. A special thank you to Anthony, the concierge, who helped arrange our transportation to EWR. The complimentary cold water bottles were also a much-appreciated touch during the hot weather.

The view out of the window was lovely. Every single staff member was so kind and welcoming, provided us with great help and advice. Would definelty recommend that hotel to anyone !!!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is above and beyond helpful, the hotel is gorgeous and clean, the location is great, and it’s a new favorite in NYC. Several family members also stayed here for my wedding and they all raved about it as well. Highly recommend!
