The staff was very friendly and the bartender knows how to mix a great drink

Hotel felt old and tired, very cramped. Not enough mirror or outlets, bathroom layout made no sense. Halls were dreary. Location- far from Times Square and Broadway, Street was down right uncomfortable to walk down. Bright sports- beds were super comfortable, housekeeping was consistent but would move our stuff around.

Room was small, but that’s expected considering its proximity to NYC. Was a little disappointed with the cleanliness and up keep. Stairwells had trash on every floor, and we had an issue with our toilet that took two visits from maintenance to remedy.

Room was fairly clean. The shower has no door so water gets everywhere. Room want cleaned by 6 pm when we got back from sightseeing before going to dinner. The$25 credit per day for food is great. The valley parking is expensive but very convenient for the area. Biggest issue was having to walk over homeless people outside the building or avoid them digging through trash right outside the door. Also, the smell of weed (throughout the city really) was overwhelming and disgusting especially for a family. One block away we walked by a guy urinating on a building while my young children walked by. Hotel is fine but everything around was gross.

Love the location and the staff was very nice!! And I had nice view looking out my window. The elevator is way too small and takes too long to get one and they be very packed .
-
The location and staff was amazing My room between the elevator had few bumps on the floor that made a little uncomfortable walking on top of them.

Location, staff, vibes, coffee ☺️ Honestly the only small hiccup was the elevator wait time — barely worth mentioning given how good everything else was

Love the location. The shower wasn't contained. I understand the concept, however, it made a mess. Also, the bathroom was old and grimy.
-
The location was very good. Air conditioner worked good. It was an overrated hotel due the Marriott branding which was the main reason for choosing it. The rooms has its age with floor tiles lifted, there is no closet, just a hanging bar, one of the worst part was that they building has 32 floors and only 3 elevators where no more than 6-8 people will fit or just half when having luggage.

Very good
