Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square South

Manager was rude and very unaccommodating. Would not recommend.

The room was clean, but the atmosphere was quite hectic. The staff seemed overwhelmed by how busy it was, which is probably why they mixed up our bags with someone else’s. Overall it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay again.

* The front desk charged me for a bottle of water that I didn’t even use. * They also charged me a $300 deposit for incidentals, and i Have been charge instead of Frozen amount. So I Have charge When It changes in my country money. * The elevators are noisy , same for the a/c. * The man at breakfast was very nice!

The place was amazing, great location, the room very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. I will highly recommend. The only thing that I will add is the elevators for so many people is very complicated. We wait a lot for going to our room but after that everything was great!

The best experience in New York and Hampton Inn

Room was clean for what it is. One of the sliding door at the bathroom was not sliding so I need to lift it up to close it. The staff was friendly and was eager to help. The location was good and near a big train station so if you’re going to utilize the public transportation it’s a good location to stay. I never felt unsafe especially at night. Breakfast place was kinda crowded and congested but given the space they have I think that’s the best they can do.

We checked into our room early which was great. We left our luggage and hit the ground running. When we got back to our room and wanted to shower, we started the shower and the shower filled up with water so we quickly turned it off and called front desk. They came fairly quickly but did not clean up their mess and left the shower full of hair that had come out of the drain. I had to clean the shower after in order to use it. Very disappointing

Definitely best bath Towels.

Great location, good aircon and clean reasonable sized rooms given the location. Good range of breakfast options but not enough seating at peak times. Lifts also an issue at peak times - 2 small lifts for 32 floors meant long queues and wait times. Staff on reception and at breakfast were friendly and helpful
