Offered us an hour later checkout and service was great. Second time around this is a great hotel in a good area

Large rooms for NY. Staff very supportive and cheerful. Large shower. Easy walk to Central Park and restaurants. Subway close. Luxury shopping nearby.
-
Quiet area, spacious room, very helpful staff. They didn't clean and tidy the room until after we complained at the reception.

The location is great, the rooms are spacious and the fixtures in the bathroom were nice. Thats about it. Absolutely not worth the money. Towels were tiny, no soft close toilet seats, water pools heavily in the shower, pillows small and uncomfortable for a king, the staff was unbelievably rude on several occasions, cleaning tries to come at 9am which is way too early and then give you a hard time to circle back, the door to the shower/room wouldnt slide and therefore not open, one elevator was down most of the time making getting up and down slow, the clothes steamer didnt work and got calcium buildup all over clothes, the chairs had gross stains all over them, the night lamps on the bed didnt have bulbs which made reading or soft lighting impossible at night, the door to the bathroom doesnt close all the way limiting privacy. The biggest and most annoying was definitely the tiny towels that are extremely rough.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing only few minutes from the central park and great restaurants around that area. The receptionist Sheryl was really great. She was very welcoming.

Almost everything except the noise of the air conditioning No bar

This is our go to for when we visit NYC. We always book a king suite that with a central park view.

The hotel was very conveniently located just south of Central Park and walkable to everything we wanted to do on our trip. Our room was spacious (by NYC standards), clean, quiet, cool, with good light and a skyline view. We had to request a voucher to get the self-park rate at the local garage, but had no issue when paying for parking and leaving. The total kindly gave us a late check out of 12pm and stored our luggage for free after checkout. It was a pleasant, hassle-free experience.

Friendly and professional staff. Hotel room was very clean. Unfortunately the street noise was quite loud and caused a few sleepless nights. Otherwise, a great stay!

The staff were all very kind. Valet parking, bag check, reception… couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Also, our king room was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which was really great and a welcomed surprise! Only one elevator was working. We didn’t have a problem with that until close to check out when everyone else needed to also use the elevator. Ended up walking down 8 flights of stairs with our bags (at least we weren’t on the 25th floor!). Also, the pillows were way too soft for our liking.
