Staff could not be friendly and more helpful!
-
Room was very clean and it was nice and cool.
-
Clean, cool room. Nice views from the higher up floors. Reasonable walking distance from Grand Central station if you choose to fly in and take transit into the city. There is a subway station close by (though I just walked everywhere). Exactly what you expect from a Marriott in NYC. No complaints.
-
The room has all the necessary luxuries for a nice stay.
-
Location good Elevators can get busy so expect a wait at times Staff ok

Staff are rude behaviour They are not at all helpful If you buy any food from the Kiosk the card machine does not work and then they make you charge the room and pay at the end at checkout and is very confusing. AC is okay The towels in the bathroom are very tiny and small Coffee machine works but they don’t give you enough choices Sitting outside on the front garden they want you to purchase a drink otherwise they don’t like you sitting outside Inside they have a Bar and we were passing and had no intention of sitting But the staff behind the bar shouted you can’t sit on these chairs. The hotel should be trained to be courteous and polite and make the guest Welcome in the hotel The lifts are so busy that you have to wait several minutes Checking out today all the lifts were full and took us over 30 minutes to get in the lift. Come on Management you need to do better and the guests are human beings and not just in and out . The hotel probably okay for short stays of business and workers Not fit for tourists

The downside and really annoying was the bottom portion of the shower booth glass, that was leaking a lot. I had to clean up the mess after every bath, because no matter how careful I was, when closing the door and even trying to manage the water flow with my own body to prevent the water from hitting that area, it would leak anyway and quickly make a pool outside. Room 1802, unsure if it's a common issue. But I would still come back to Hilton, for the spacious and very comfortable clean room.
-
They didn't vacuum the room and didn't change the bath towels.
-
Clean room but a little small
-
didn’t do room service the following day and also never replenished the towels
-
excellent and helpful hotel staff and great hotel location
-
The front office was good, they accomodated our early check in request and very courteous. Location was good. its worth for your pay. Room was clean and tidy
-
Hygiene is poor. Staff banged loudly on the door, and shower water flooded the bathroom floor. The only upside is the convenient location. Would not recommend.
-
