Homewood Suites New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square

I first love how the staff was very friendly, polite and caring. I love the rooms, large comparing to other hotels I have stayed in in that surrounding. Love the Kitchenette - 2 burner stove, large refrigerator, dish washer, Microwave and the Plates, utensils and Pots. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not bad for a continental breakfast also included in your stay. Room service was every other day but if you needed anything, you could call room service for it. Bathroom was good size. Area was wonderful, steps away from 8th Avenue where everything basically is. Love that we could walk to and from Penn Station and local Train and Bus service. Lobby always have cold beverages and snack offered to guest. Elevator was fast. Did not care too much for Pillows on the bed, too soft and light. Did not like the shower space, very small but not a big deal. The breakfast area was overcrowded but it works. Love hotel overall and would stay there again.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only criticism was that the wifi was a bit slow, and that the beds were made incorrectly in both of our rooms (mattress protectors were used as blankets and we ended up sleeping less well).

The fridge made a loud buzzing when it cycled on, the staff came and unplugged it, then took one of our three nights off the bill. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Well above average continental breakfast. Convenient Midtown location. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was much more than we expected and there is plenty of food for everyone. You can eat there or take back to your room in to go boxes provided. The staff is extremely helpful and always cleaning up quickly after guests leave. Josttyn was very kind and always had a smiling face. He always offered to take our plates and his customer service is top notch. The staff at the front desk helped hold our luggage and always with a smile. The hotel is very clean and location was key. We stayed for a week and it was perfect to hit everything we wanted with stations nearby and plenty of food options and stores for small items we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Good location and breakfast, along with free coffee and cookies. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good sized room for a NY hotel, would definitely stay again.

We came all the way from LA for a vacation and had an amazing stay here! The entire staff was incredibly nice and friendly, but a huge special shoutout goes to Josttyn. Every single morning, he went out of his way to approach my husband with a warm "good morning" and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. He was also super helpful with giving us directions around the city.

Nice hotel. Good location. Five minute walk to Penn Station. 10 minute walk to Times Square. Super clean. We felt completely safe there.

The room was big and spacious, they were super accommodating when we had to check in at 2am due to plane delays, and the breakfast included was great. They even provided boxes so we could take the food back to the room. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was fabulous. Pick walk to Times Square. We explored the Hudson Yards area. The breakfast buffet offered a great of hot and cold items. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Very Comfortable bed and clean room. Staff was nice and helpful. Only negative review are the small and slow elevators.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location is within walking distance of Time Square, restaurants and Broadway. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast, coffee and cookies offered are an added treat. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful. Appreciated the coffee/tea/water in the lobby. The room was spacious and comfortable.
