We enjoy both our stays with this lovely hotel this year. The location is great, with easy access to buses, subway stations and a large variety of restaurants and parks. The staff are very attentive to customers’ needs. Lazaro even goes out of his way to make sure my elderly mother and I can have a comfortable stay.

Es un excelente hotel, el servicio y quienes nos recibieron fueron atentos, el área donde se encuentra se siente super segura y agradable. Es un hotel que sin duda alguna volvemos a la ciudad nos gustaría volver a elegir.

Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. Reason enough to not recommend. If you do stay there read the operation certificate in the only elevator which states it is only for freight, passenger use is unlawful.

Great location in the LES. Rooms are clean. Very quiet so you get a good night sleep.

Our stay went very smoothly and the staff was helpful. We loved the board in the lobby to leave notes about our stay. We are so grateful for this fun experience in the city!
