Location, rooms were comfortable. Check in was a joke, not ready at 5pm! Breakfast was merely ok, nothing spectacular.

The hotel is nearby Times Square, on a nice street with houses and many interesting restaurants. Everything was very well in the hotel. I did not observed anything.

Very nice, new, clean hotel. Free breakfast was spectacular and very efficient. It even included smoked salmon. Room was very quiet. Staff was friendly. Room had refrigerator but no microwave. One major design flaw, however, is the sliding bathroom door. It’s not a pocket door but an external sliding door. This leaves a gap of about one inch around the entire door, allowing smells and sounds to easily permeate the entire room. We also brought a newspaper to tape over the glass wall on the shower so we wouldn’t see everyone’s outline in the bathroom. Overall, though, the hotel is very good. Would definitely return.

The proximity to Times Square which was the reason we were there was awesome. Especially because I took my toddler nephew and was worried about walking too far off from Times Square. They don’t have valet parking. And there was a street closure. So it took me like 30 mins to find the parking I was told to park at. When I booked I included my nephew who is a toddler to the booking and paid what was asked for at the time of booking. When I arrived the receptionist told me my nephew was additional guest. Therefore, I was charged an additional $23 after I paid the full price for all guest that were included at booking. And it wasn’t like I asked for additional bed or service.
