Not recommending to stay on this hotel

I then called the front desk and they apologized to me and said they would clean my room after coming back at midnight I came to realization that no one ever came to my room to clean. Would not stay here again it was not a good experience the only thing good was that there was no cockroaches. I guess they get an extra star for that.

L’emplacement est super et la chambre était très propre malgré qu’un peu petite
-
was a good stay, near so many wonderful places and next to subway which made it easier to travel, wish it could’ve been a bit cleaner in some places of the restroom other than that everything was amazing !!

Almost forgot to say this, I notice the shower was not draining , so I informed front desk and they did nothing about it, so second day I had to do the quickest shower before the water start running into the room. I figure maintenance never even check it. It’s a beautiful location, close to Times Square, but not too close to listen sirens all night. Even though, the bright lights can be an issue at night since the room has a light curtain, but no blackout. During our stay was upsetting they said their system was slow or fallen, so we had to wait over 2 hours to get a room assigned during our check in, they said they fix it during the day, but they didn’t, the day after I saw plenty, more than 50 people, doing the same line we experienced the day before. Restaurant menu is mid at best, thank god for nearby restaurants. Also is not convenient that the gym has open/close times, for this area specially I don’t see the damage if you let it 24-7 to be able to use it before or after exploring the city. On the bright side , housekeeping staff is so kind and welcoming. Also check out was easy, just having to drop the key in a box but the elevator, no need for human interaction

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. However, what really stood out was how helpful and accommodating everyone was when we decided to stay longer. Extending a hotel reservation can sometimes be stressful, especially when you’re already traveling and have plans in place, but the team made the process feel seamless. They worked with us to make sure our extended stay was comfortable and convenient, and we genuinely appreciated their flexibility. It was clear that the team cared about our experience and wanted us to enjoy our additional time in New York. We originally came to NYC to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and ROW NYC was the perfect home base for the celebration. The location is fantastic, with Times Square, Broadway, restaurants, shopping, and so many attractions within easy reach. Being able to step outside and immediately experience the energy of Manhattan made our trip incredibly special. By the end of our original stay, we realized we simply weren’t ready to go home. One of the bigge

The elevators were terrible and not enough
-
The check-in process is very very slow. The rooms are small, the elevators are slow, the staff is friendly and the location is incredible. Definitely the right choice! Location is everything worth the price and delays.
-
The room was very clean and sufficient for our trip. The staff was friendly, however check in took nearly two hours in the late evening hours. There were only two reliable elevators that also had a long wait period to use each time.

Never stay there again

I like this hotel because everything was close restaurants. Subway stations, pharmacy etc

Superb place to stay
-
Hotel was beautiful, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from my room was great, I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be staying here. Only “con” I could think about was that the elevators took a bit long due to the amount of people but wasn’t horrible.
-
The elevators are not efficient for the number of guests. We were at the 20th floor and every morning needed to wait too much until an elevator was available and not full.
-
The staff were very helpful and available despite the sheer workload they dealt with during my stay. I saw them work tirelessly to check in dozens of guests at a time in a quick manner and serve them to the best of their ability. And despite that they were still able to keep a smile throughout it all.

Nice location, but rooms are dated. Elevators are horrible.
-
Every staff member I interfaced with was friendly, including the bartenders. This is a hotel where you definitely get what you paid for it. The rooms are small and there’s not a lot of amenities, but it was cheap and the service was good!

We did not add breakfast to our stay, but we did purchase coffee and pastries a couple of times (spent about $30–40 for 4 drinks and 2 pastries). The pastries were delicious and the staff there were super nice! We had a late flight and had no issues leaving our luggage at the hotel at check-out and picking it up before heading to the airport. If I were staying in this area again, I would not hesitate to book here.

Ok

Was not given room that was paid upfront for instead given a room directly beside a construction building, broken drawers, no parking onsite had to walk 3 blocks which was not safe due to the amount of addicts along the sidewalk, other people, complementary breakfast vouchers daily and drink vouchers daily for not having the room they originally purchased but was provided the top King suites whereas we were just offered 2 standard queen beds, there is no fridge or microwave on rooms and they are extremely tiny. I would not stay here again. Check in time was over an hour and they say they have valet in and out parking but valet closes at 10:30 and you need to wait 2 hrs for your carc
