Clean room, friendly staff but they will look for any and every reason to charge u. U get breakfast included? Plus 40 bucks after paying for it, full stocked mini bar, broke wallet. We were scared to even ask for a garbage bag and extra towels out of fear of them charging us

This time was dissatisfied as one of the reels was tattered and had a hole in it. The coffee machine and cups were full of dust. The coffee cup and glass were not cleaned the next day after use. The bar / coffee shop did not serve coffee at 4:15

The rooms were spacious by NYC standards, and the room was well appointed and very clean. The location was perfect. Very close to Times Square and the Theaters, but a block off. So less crowds, lights and noise. I will definitely consider staying at this property again on future NYC visits.

Hotel is fine. Beds comfortable. Booked on Expedia and prepaid. The hotel double charged me even though it was prepaid. There is a $45 amenity fee which does give you credit to use for food/bev and laundry. It must be used before you check out. At registration we asked if we were able to use it for breakfast. He stated it was to be used the night we checked in, but we could still order breakfast from Room service just not the restaurant and use the credit. We double checked it with him. He assured us we could use it for the room service breakfast. Upon checkout we were told to read the card better that we could not use it before checkout in the morning for the room service that it has to be used the night we checked in. I asked them to discuss with the person who checked us in but they would not. I asked to speak to a manager who conveniently was not there at 8 am in the morning. I asked for a call from the manager and nothing. It is not really the $20, it is the principle of the matter after double and triple checking with their staff. I am a corporate traveler who owns a large company and travel all over the world and have never run into anything so poorly run. It is a shame.
