Room was clean and good use of the space for how much space there was. The elevators take forever. We waited at least 20-25 min to get on the elevator to leave, getting up to the room was maybe 5-10 min wait. Breakfast was a nice touch but very busy. Good location and walkable.

View from the top floor rooms are fantastic. Breakfast was ok, good variety but gets very busy and limited seating, you have to wait a lot of times to get a table. Location was good. Reception Staff was not to good, it seems the they have to much going on and don't want to answer to many questions and when you catch them when they don't have any people to attend to they are very vague. Breakfast staff need to be more professional, most don't seem to understand English and just want you to eat and go. Room was small and compact not much room to move around. Ok for two people but any more and it's tite.

Good location, house keeping was very good .All the staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Small room, you need to give extra time for the lift.

Great location, clean room, nice that breakfast was included. Especially lovely is the midtown view we got especially since it was my nephews first time in the city! The staff was really helpful too! The space was quite small, ditto on the elevator but I know not much that can be done for Manhattan

Great Location, you can walk the whole city, either uptown or downtown The shower in the morning was cold. This didn’t depend on the time we get up. We tried at 5, 6, 8 in the morning. Everything an engineer has had to check up on this…..nothing changed….

Skyline view was amazing! Breakfast was nice. Location was amazing also. Room was clean. Overall, it was a positive experience. When we opened the couch to be a bed for the third person, room was really tight and moving around was uncomfortable.

Good location Air conditioning in room very noisy and housekeeping left the door open after servicing our room

Free breakfast was definitely a plus however the room was a bit disappointing for what I paid for The bathroom was the biggest issue. The shower door wasn't sealed correctly and is improperly aligned so when you take a shower water just spills out onto the floor. Super annoying to clean up after every shower. Some of the lights in the room or flickering and the king bed that I paid for was about the same length and possibly slightly shorter than a twin. It was very wide but I sleep on a queen bed at home and I could comfortably lay straight without my feet going off the edge. On this king bed, I had to lie diagonally because laying straight had everything from slightly above my ankle and below off the bed. Also, $7 for a bottle of water in the hotel room is criminal.

Stay was great

It’s unbelievable that they leave two bottles of filtered water in the room labeled “complimentary,” but in tiny print it says they’re only complimentary for Hyatt premium members. So when you check out, they charge you $6 per bottle, and again, we’re talking about filtered water. Absolutely shameful, especially during a 6-night stay at $310 per night.

last night at around midnight I tried to sleep but my fridge wouldn't stop making a gurgling sound. I asked a technician to fix it, they took a long time to come, at around 1 am he said he fixed it, he left, and it ended up still being broken, so I had to wait for him to come back to fix it, and then it still didn't work, so I told him to unplug it. He then forgot his phone, so someone called me after I went to bed at 1:30 am, so I had to get up again and give him his phone back. I didn't get to sleep until 2 am. Then today I spent like 30 minutes in the afternoon waiting downstairs for the front desk to get the senior technician to fix it, they said they fully fixed it. It did not stay fixed, at 1:30 AM, just now I had to ask someone else to come and unplug it again because it was keeping me awake making the same gurgling sound. This has really impacted my quality of life and even affected my interview. Absolutely terrible end to my stay.

Central to train station, stores and places The bed is very uncomfortable, the rooms are so small and no space to fit even suitcase. Very uncomfortable and worse experience. The breakfast was good but you may have to stand eating your breakfast.
