Close to everywhere. Not to much noise - got good nights sleep. The elevator stopped working during our stay. Also the appliance for drinks (during breakfast) were malfunctioning.
-
One of the two elevators not working was a downer. 15 to 20 minutes waiting to go to my room after check in was a bigger downer. Deciding to climb up the stairs to the sixth floor in a hotel to avoid waiting for the elevator several times was even more of a downer.

Breakfast was great Betsy was amazing I had a rough night my room wasn’t fully cleaned and neighbors were banging on my door trying to to get in drunk I was supposed to stay two nights I only stayed one night the hotel was booked to capacity so I couldn’t even switch rooms I missed my event because shower flooded tv wasn’t working but I still made the best of one night They did send up some complementary snacks

Very clean, nice staff

Quiet, family friendly, close to subway, and restaurants. Having breakfast at the hotel before touring NYC with our grandchildren was a good start to our days touring NYC with our grandchildren.
-
The staff was super helpful and kind, assisting me with a room upgrade to get two beds as our travel plans changed

Very good

Big rooms and comfy bed One elevator was broken so it took forever to get one. Had to walk down 6 flights of stairs. Breakfast was below par

Close to KLEINFELD Needs updating

They gave me a room right next to the ice making machine that was so loud and making so much noise every few minutes and they refuse to move me to another room twice that I asked. Very small room with a loud air conditioner. There is two elevators one of them broke half the time I was there and we had to wait a long time for the elevator, several times we walked to the nine floor by the stairway. Breakfast had the minimum food they can offer some scrambled eggs, sausage, patties, bagel, toast, yogurt, and coffee. Maybe few more little things basically I was not happy.

Great location to lots of restaurants and sights. Helpful staff. Great city!
-
Very regular place. Feels dirty in the rooms, towels and the pillows smell like sweat. Elevator broken for 4 days…

The property was under construction and it has some smells. There was not much choice for Breakfast

We think that they were updating but we were never told anything

Could have been cleaner. The elevators were really slow and several times one was out of service. Not ideal when your room is on the 17th floor

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was standard for a Hampton inn and very busy every morning but breakfast staff stayed on top of it and nothing was ever left empty. Housekeeping was wonderful and even left our souvenirs arranged adorably on one of our beds one day. Only one washer and dryer but they run a cycle pretty quickly. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quiet (relative to NYC) that this street was. We always felt safe walking around the area, to and from the subway and to eat. (The Excellent Dumpling House on 23rd was amazing.) Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, the property is a bit dated, breakfast area small and elevators take a long time in rush hours. Otherwise, great value.

Great place to stay, helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast
