The quality of the room 10$/day to spend at the bar/restaurant feels like pennies

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property was ok. It didn’t seem like a 4 stars. The photos online are misleading and it is a lot smaller in person. I was surprised with the high ratings. I personally did not like the neighbourhood. Some parts seemed ghetto. Location is central but overall you’re not really close to everything. If you want to do the high line and vessel it’s still a 25 to 30 min walk at a leisurely pace. The closest monument is the flatiron building which is a 5 minute walk. I would have chosen a place closer to Central Park or Times Square but not in Times Square exactly. The rooms were way too small. There was no place to put luggage. We were in. Double room with two beds and 3 people. Also the sink is outside of the bathroom. This is horrible especially if you have to wash your hands at night or want water. You basically wake everyone up.

Also having a restaurant and a bar was very nice. All the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and will return once again.

Such a great experience for me and my two boys. We were greeted kindly at the door and found everyone to be super helpful.Rooms were stylish, efficient and neat.

Room assigned wasn’t ready until after 4pm although check-in time is at 3pm. Eventually I got a similar room on a lower floor. Some of the staff isn’t very friendly and didn’t explain anything about what’s included in the resort fee.

Good location clean One Elevator was broken the first day which meant long lines to get in but they fixed them the next day Sink is in the room not bathroom

Great location, clean, great staff. I stayed with two young kids and they loved it. The lifts in the busy mornings can be quite frustrating. Slow and often full causing long waits.
