Good overall

Very cozy room

Everything was great. Staff was great. However, the main photo on the listing is of a pool. The pool doesn’t belong to the hotel. It’s an additional $75.00 per day per person to use the pool at the neighboring Club. That’s deceiving advertisement and for that reason I wouldn’t ever stay here again

Hotel stay here was subpar. I was expecting Ravel to live up to its previous level of customer service and value and it just was not there. The staff was not welcoming and kind, they seemed even irritated at times while dealing with us and we stayed there for 9 nights along with parking. Would I stay again, possibly as a last resort.

Property looks great in photos but the photos were deceiving. The room had a lot of broken tiles, chipped paint, loose outlets and loose fixtures. The elevators did not sound or feel safe. They had scented plug-ins throughout the entire first floor, including lobby and front desk, that had an extremely strong scent that gave me a headache. I had called days ahead and asked for an early check-in but the day of arrival they were not able to accommodate so I had to wait around for 3 hours. Housecleaning staff were very loud, including slamming doors, early in the morning.

Would not recommend.

Clean room, balcony room, close to most destinations , take the Q32 bus to time square and the F train to Coney Island

I paid extra for a better room but got a regular room...

Clean, well-appointed room. The balcony was lovely!! Staff is very nice especially the valet and housekeepers. Noise level isn’t bad with balcony door closed but you are right next to a busy bridge w a subway, and there’s always construction going on in NYC.

Easy to find parking around the hotel, staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. Balcony was large and the view was great. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, very nice, I loved that there's balconies in the rooms that's hard to find in the city. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Great hotel, with view from a comfy balcony. Decor was edgy and have an underground NYC vibe. Parking should be free.

This hotel was a good relatively less expensive option than others. However, the shower could have been better bc the water didn’t drain when showering. Other than that, this area was so so. Need to walk quite a bit to reach restaurants and such. A 15 min walk to train
