Hotel shuttle was convenient and breakfast was good

Very loud, I could hear my neighbors TV late into the evening, which negatively impacted my sleep. Sleep is important to me. Sheets smelled a bit funky. Staff was very personable.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff were always warm, friendly, and attentive. I was also impressed by the well-equipped fitness center and all the thoughtful little details throughout the hotel. The breakfast was even better than I expected and absolutely delicious. I would happily stay here again!

The main area that needs improvement was housekeeping. During my stay, the room was not tidied, and fresh towels were not provided. Having the room refreshed and receiving clean towels is an important part of the hotel experience, especially during a multi-night stay. Overall, the front-desk service was excellent, and the check-in experience was a definite positive. With more consistent housekeeping service, this could have been an even better stay

The staff are incredible, very nice and helpful at any hour of the day. My only complaint was the laundry! I paid $14 for 2 loads of laundry just to have to hang wet clothes in my room cause the dryers didn’t work. Outside of that, my family and i enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was just what we needed. Good price, near to JFK, friendly staff and a free airport shuttle. The restaurant being in the sister hotel directly opposite was very handy too

Great for overnight layover at JFK. Free and timely airport shuttle both ways. Breakfast snack bag provided at front desk when I left early before the restaurant opened. Nice clean and comfortable room and shower. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The rooms are excellent. I was at the studio suites and it comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Very convenient.

Good hotel near JFK. Breakfast was great! Shuttle was prompt. Friendly staff. Would book again!
