Hotel is dirty room are tiny.

Property was conveniently located to Times Square, subway, etc. but property/room was simply adequate. Furnishings were badly in need of refurbishing or replacement. Room had only one light which was the main overhead light. There was a very weak bedside lamp that was barely hanging on to the fixture. Dresser and desk were pretty scarred and banged up. The black out blinds behind the window sheers had no mechanism for raising and lowering so they hand to be rolled up by hand and rested on the ridge where the window sections met. One wall outlet looked like someone had kicked it into the wall. The deadbolt mechanism on the door was not actually connected to a deadbolt. Shower was the style with a half glass wall which would work in a larger shower space but in the space left the floor outside the shower a lake which completely saturated the bath mat. Room space was clean and was a decent place to stay but nothing like pictured or described in terms of quality.

Good location but the property and the rooms are not well maintained. My room had lights that did not work and a loud window air conditioner
-
It was a great location but unfortunately behind was a night club. It was too noisy till 1:00 am in the morning.
-
The location is excellent. There was a lovely coffee cafe across the street that was great for a light breakfast or lunch. Is quite noisy and the room was clean but basic. Overall, would stay again because of the superb location.

Well kept property. Reasonable for NYC. Convenient to Theater District, Restaurants and teabspirtation

Couldn’t stand the noisy AC unit right next to my head when sleeping or when it rained, water that’s falling on the unit reverberates into the room. Again, nothing impressive. You’ll most likely be met with charges at the front desk before heading to your room as well. Sheets had stains when I arrived.

lights didn't work. worn, dirty rooms and hotel. was charged some amenities fees of $0 per day when checking out. What emenities? sketchy place.

The TV didn’t

Rooms are clean. Beds always comfortable and clean. Bathroom is small but has everything needed. No working ICE machines on any floors. Elevator is super small and takes a long time to come down. Other than that the hotel is a great location. Close by Times Square and Restaurant Row. Near 42nd St and blocks away from Central Park. Friendly staff and very helpful front desk.

Nothing worked no television no phone. I asked the front desk three times for the lights in the room to be fixed!NOONE RESPONDED ON ANY OF THESE OCCASIONS!!!! The three elevators were never all working at one time. Each morning The wait was over twenty minutes before for one to stop which had room in it. My faith in Expedia was badly shaken by this whole episode!!

If you're in town to see a/some Broadway shows, the location can not be beat. The room was perfectly fine, though I couldn't figure out either the air conditioning (too cold) or the TV.. probably a me problem. I had an inside room, so there was no street noise. But still right in the heart of Times Square, walkable to many many sights. I would return.

The lifts, of the 2 days we were there only 2 out of 3 lifts worked and the average wait time was 11 minites from the 4th floor so used the stairs most of the time. The room and indeed the hallways are in desperate need of redecorating, duct tape holing the carpets down, tiles that have cracks, shower hanging off the wall. Was charged a $200 hold on arrival despite everything having been paid up front. I have been refunded half of this with the other half being claimed as "hotel tax" All in all a very poor hotel, I imagine in its day with friendlier staff it was a nice place to stay, now its very dated and in need of a serious makeover. Would advise not to stay especially given it was £300 a night!!

Excellent location, very clean, nice staff. The rooms are small, but the price makes up for it because of the location. The extra resort fee just for the gym, ice machine, and coffee in room is excessive.
-
I honestly do not understand the negativity. The hotel was clean and comfortable. You can not ask for a better location in NYC. Sure the rooms were tiny, but I am not spending time in the room while in NYC. Great deal right in Time Square.

Very clean room, not very many plug ins
-
Need to upgrade wifi system
-
Man on check in explained nothing. Room was falling apart and surprised the plug sockets didn’t cause a fire. They were all falling out the wall. Charging to keep you bags after check out, don’t keep them in a locked room, keep them in the main entrance, visible. Nothing like the photos online. Would not stay again.

Perfect location, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Although while the furniture has seen better days. For the location and price you can't beat it.
