Our stay was long enough that we got to know the staff a bit. Very helpful. Great location for us and we will stay there again. Some outlets were loose in our room initially so phones did not charge but they were replaced quickly and had USB ports in the new ones. Continental breakfast with a number of pastry options.

Location was very close to everything, metro, Times Square, food and shops. Breakfast was poor not worth the money. Very limited variety. Better off eating a breakfast elsewhere for the same money.

The staff are truly exceptional. So pleasant and helpful. Everything was so clean and the room was great. They had a 1 hour happy hour with red and white wine in the lobby which was extremely a surprise to us. You can't beat that. Also had a little area for free snacks and coffee along with chocolates. Sooo good. We will definitely be staying there whenever we go to Times Square. Perfect location.

Staff were very polite. If you are looking for a location near time sq and 5th Av it’s great. But perhaps look further south if this isn’t what you’re looking for. The smell of drains was persistent. The breakfast said continental but was only really pastries, bagels and boiled eggs. No cheeses, meats, fruit (other than bags of sliced apples).

Exceptionally comfortable and spacious rooms that are kept spotless. The beds guarantee a great night's sleep, and the hotel ambiance is calm and quiet. On top of that, the staff is wonderfully friendly and highly efficient. The location is unbeatable—Times Square and major subway lines are right around the corner (less than a minute's walk). Absolutely worth every penny! Breakfast: Options are fairly limited and there are no hot items. While this certainly didn't spoil our experience, it is an area that could definitely be improved.
