Cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable room size. The renovations since our last stay are terrific. Wish the kitchen stayed open past 9pm!

The location was amazing. Everything was close by and walking distance.

Good location,but only had breakfast 1 time No closet in room to hang clothes, not enough counter space in bathroom,not enough drawers in bedroom

The front desk, particularly Donald, was tremendously helpful with Subway directions, explaining about the property and even allowing us to borrow a Sharpie to get autographs at the baseball game. Overall excellent service.

We really enjoyed this property. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location being in the middle of Times Square for our first trip to New York. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to NYC a few times, but this was my first stay at the Hyatt Regency and I’m hooked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had an excellent view of Times Square with all of the sites and bone of the sounds. I really enjoyed being in the middle of everything. I will be returning.

The room was nice, easy check in and friendly staff. Although you can’t hear the noise from outside, you can hear everything inside. The walls are thin and you are able to hear everything going on in the hallways.
