The Stuff was great The room was small for 2 queen beds.

Location was great, staff were amazing Not having a full restaurant.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a family or solo trip to Manhattan. Went to several Broadway shows and it was really convenient. Staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable.
-
Couldn’t get more in the Times Square that this hotel. Right behind the stairs of Tines Square. The room is quite spacious (considering the location of the hotel), the staff at the desk was very welcoming and helpful. The facility is getting a bit outdated, but I must say that some small adjustments are made (like electronics with USB charging ports). Cleanliness is ok. A/C very noisy.

The customer service is top-notch.

We had a great stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Times Square! You really couldn’t ask for a better location—right in the heart of everything. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were also impressed with how fast and convenient the elevators were, especially for a busy Times Square hotel. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location was amazing. Great City View. We thought the breakfast was complimentary. It was very expensive for breakfast.
-
Hotel in the middle of it all,Park Central, Rockefeller and of course Times Square. Parking is not included. Parking is another $89, per day. It is the price to park in NY city.
-
The rooms were pretty decent; however, after further inspection, I found hair in the bathtub and on my pillows. Did not like that at all. But besides that, the hotel is in the heart of Times Square, so everything was within walking distance. The staff was helpful.
-
We wish thr hotel can provide bottle water daily.
-
very friendly and helpful staff, cleaned the rooms every day, and simple/quick check in and check out.
