Clean room, free breakfast, a reasonable price and great location. My only complaint was that I paid extra for a city view expecting to see time square and I looked at the side of a grey building.

Elevators were jammed packed in the morning. If the elevator is full, the technology of each elevator car should know that it has met the weight threshold, and NOT stop at each floor where guests are waiting for a ride down to the lobby. It should bypass those floors because the car cannot take anyone else. Dah! Bathroom sink water was not draining properly. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were clean and small, but small is understandable for New York. Great location in time square. Staff was friendly. The elevators are extremely slow and to get down from the room in the morning was over 30 minute waits. Breakfast line is extremely long and room is hot.

We loved the location, the cleanliness, and the customer service. The rooms were a bit small.

We checked in and after one night I was bitten all over by bed bugs. When asked for some cream or Benadryl they didn’t have any. Nothing was said or done other no

All is spectacular, only comment the breakfast area tends to be cramp and having hard time get seats. Not sure if its a busy season but we are there on a Monday and Tuesday.
-
Small compact rooms but you do get a small frig, microwave and nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good; plenty of options. Could not use roof top bar; private parties.

Clean room , friendly staff, breakfast was great.

The hotel was great for our visit. The location was convenient to all of the places we planned to visit. The included breakfast was a great option if we didn't want to go out for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside for us was how the elevator was set up. It made for a cumbersome/chaotic event when the lobby was crowded. The elevator even stopped working for a short time.😕 For us that was scary because we were on a high floor and was a little apprehensive to get on it, but didn't have a choice. All in all, when we come back to New York/Time Square we will probably stay here.

Breakfast was pretty organized and good

I was kind of on the fence with our stay. It looks nice, but the room was kind of tight and not the most comfortable. There was no seating in the lobby. We couldn't sit for 5min after walking all morning, because it was being cleaned, but nobody was in there.. The rooms had 2 doors to go through, which is fine, bit pointless really it was convenient for walking around the area, but we didnt care for the food, it was chaotic in there. The 4 of us are not interested in staying again, the elevator was super slow every day and just too hard on my parents who are mid 60s.

The AC was a problem! It was never lower than 68 and it was hot overnight. Even after changing rooms it was the same issue. Sleep was non existent and it was the worst experience ever

Very accommodating

The staff was nice and the breakfast was also a plus. The location was good next to the subway and Times Square which made trips a lot easier because all the restaurants were close by. The AC wasn’t working that well. We also booked a city view room but they couldn’t accommodate us cause they didn’t have any available so I ended up paying more for nothing.
