We loved staying at this hotel for a long weekend. It’s beautiful, and the employees are absolutely great, friendly and very welcoming. Rashid checked us in and out, and was very helpful . We will come back.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Times Square! Loved having a Lavazza brewer in the room along with toiletries, robes, etc. When we traveled, the cost was comparable to older accommodations offering far less. We were able to walk to all shows and only took the train to go to Chelsea and Downtown. Staff (especially concierge and check in) were efficient and accommodating. We hope to stay here again!

We had an issue with s door slamming all night on our first night but the manager made things right and we had a great remainder of our stay. The staff were so friendly, the housekeeping was amazing, and the location was perfect.

We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was well maintained and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent as it is centrally located in Mid Town where everything was in walking distance for us. We appreciated the added security of needing to present your key at night to even enter the hotel.

I was surprised by the frinedly service and cleanliness of this hotel. Wasn't sure after reading some reviews. The restaurant and rooftop bar were definitely overpriced but you're in NY so not too shocking.

The location is excellent close to the subway Station Time Square, Rockefeller center and others. There is little Italy pizza is the best in town.

Staff were helpful and kind. Hotel was clean and easy to navigate through. I had a package delivered and they called to let me know me it arrived. Great location, very close to restaurants and not too far from K-town.
