my only complaint is that the roof top bar closed at 12pm- which is early for a hard rock hotel I thought. Oh and ask for a higher floor, windows not sound proof.

It’s a perfect location for coming with children and enjoying all the touristic spots that NYC has to offer. Just in the center of theater district and just steps away or Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue and different subway stations. The two queen beds room is particularly big in terms of a typical hotel bedroom in Manhattan.

I have been to NY for business and fun for many years and stayed in many hotels. My stay at Hard Rock Hotel was by far in my top 2 and it is not #2. Spacious room, great staff and perfect location to the theater district!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Manhattan/Times Square. The only issue was they were doing work on the bar so it was closed while we were there.

Everything was great but I didn’t like the astronomical parking coverage charge.

2 nd floor restaurant was under renovation. Rooftop closed on Sunday and mondays. No pool. Tightly packed rooms , old school shower bath tub in my room.
