It was too loud for me to sleep. It was like a window was open. I suggest staying on an upper flow, way up..

Overall a good stay as the room was clean and nice but breakfast was quite bad, very crowded with few choices. Elevators were also crowded, you had to wait even 20 minutes to get one

Location was great The breakfast was great but insane with the number of people. The wait for elevators was also bad. It was high season in August though.

The staff was very good. However amenities could have been better. The washroom should have been cleaner and ac should have comtrollers.

The Hotel has an excellent location.

Location was amazing. The AC was extremely noisy. The lifts could take up to 20 min to come. Didn’t get to try breakfast as was always rammed busy.

Location When I arrived. Hotel charged me 200.00 USD extra on the top of security fee. Which is unfair. Hotel management said that the fare has been changed. Although I had confirmation voucher from Booking.com.

The location of the hotel was very good, only few steps from Times Square. The breakfast area was always very crowded.

The location Very disappointing stay — fire alarm at 1:30 AM Unfortunately, our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was seriously disrupted by a fire alarm at around 1:30 AM. The alarm woke us up in the middle of the night, and this was followed by three separate announcements informing guests that it was a false alarm. I completely understand that technical problems can happen, but the incident had a significant impact on our sleep and on the quality of our stay. What was even more disappointing was the lack of an adequate response afterward. I contacted the hotel regarding the incident and requested appropriate compensation, but I received no meaningful response. For a hotel stay, especially when you are traveling and need a good night's sleep, being woken up by a fire alarm at 1:30 AM and then receiving little or no assistance afterward is simply not acceptable. I expected much better from a Hilton property. The way the hotel handles problems is just as important as the room itself, and unfortunately the customer service in this situation was very disappointing.

Brilliant location. Comfortable room, bed was comfy. Curtains didn’t meet so let in light. Breakfast was good but not enough seating if you left it too late.
