Perfect Location!

Nice boutique hotel stay. Nice staff. Nicely kept. AC loud but effective.

It was super close to Times Square! Walking distance to all major attractions The room was quite small. As soon as you opened the door the bed was right there. The room was very hot.

The air conditioning didn’t make the room cool and I just paid to stay in a sweat lodge

The location The tiny rooms, only just fit in a double bed. Barely any facilities in room; definitely shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel.

Better options for price, book with caution. Some stuff is expected given the price but somethings are simply neglected by hotel staff. Room is very small, they tried to optimize every inch of the property to squeeze in as many guests as possible. Bed was comfy. Wifi okay. Water did get hot. AC was fine. No view despite having a window, I was staring at a wall. Hotel location is good if you aim to be in/near times square but perhaps not easy to find. You can hear your neighbors and people in hall because of thin walls. Thankfully I was in a room kind of away from times square but I imagine if you get a bad room it will suck. Hotel staff not kind/friendly/welcoming/helpful at all. Overall would pay a little more to be somewhere else.

This hotel was a stay for primarily the location. The room was really small. We thought of it as a stereotypical "NY size" room. The mattress wasn't as thick as I'm accustomed to at hotels. The staff was really good and friendly. My only issue was the air conditioning. It was super loud!!!

The location is perfect and times square was right there The room was very dirty and the sheets smelled like pee. The shower was moldy, took a video but not allowed to upload

Great location and really easy to find. Staff walked in as I was getting ready as they said usually people leave earlier which was a bit bizarre. Front desk really helpful.

I did last minute trip here for my birthday solo and I can say I didn’t have any issues apart from it was a little expensive. It’s in the heart of times square so I guess that’s why, it’s walking distance to everything you can think of I would definitely stay here again I definitely felt safe..

I liked everything it was very clean. It was neat. The people that worked. There were very nice very generous they handle all my problems and all my questions very diligent especially one particular worker. Her name was Maria. She was at the counter checking us in when she was always asking us how we feel and how we are being treated. She was very generous. I actually got one very well. Me and my daughter got all very well with her. She was very easy-going and we had one little problem and she solved it in no time the room that we got at. Had a hat, a small bag of full-size, not big enough for my daughter and I so the next day I went to the front desk and at the time Maria was there I spoke about the situation and immediately she solved it. She upgraded us to a bigger bed in a bigger room with no cost she solved our situation in no time all the people there are nice very generous. I would recommend my friends and family to stay there. Matter fact I’m coming over again with a friend of mine to stay tomorrow. To tell the truth, there was nothing not to like

My room had no air conditioning and no attempt to accommodate us was offered. If they were fully booked an attempt to offer a fan, cold water, or a refund to go elsewhere but none of that was offered.
