Our room was clean, loved the free waters and snacks, the window opened which let us soak in all the Times Square sounds, and the bar/restaurant staff were so amenable!!

Comfy beds, great tv, nice atmosphere/decor. Nowhere to put clothing/put away suitcase but as I was only staying a night this did not matter at all.

The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a safe neighborhood. The staff are very friendly.

Great staff, clean room and hotel. This is in the center of times square so if u don’t want to be near the hustle and bustle I wouldn’t go with this option.

Everything was good with the hotel overall. The staff were really friendly, and the only issue was that the AC made noise fairly often.

Bed was comfortable. Negatives... room was extremely small even for NYC standards. Bathroom and shower are smack in the middle of the room with no separation for privacy. No coffee maker in room. AC unit made weird noises every 30 min or so. Reserved a queen was given a full room.
