Really nice and clean room to stay

The rooms are small, but then again it’s our understanding that most rooms in New York are. We will never forget when housekeeping would lay out our little girl’s dolls once they made her bed. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the Times Square area. Small, clean room was perfect for my one night stay.

This location was Prefect for Any Broadway Musical Vacation. My daughter and I conveniently Walked to 3 different plays during our stay.

Great location - just off Times Square. Gym - quiet and has enough machines for casual workouts Breakfast - good choice and quality at the Alderman restaurant Cons: Room - small (which is normal for NYC) but also had connecting doors on both sides which means if the neighbours are in any way noisy you will hear it. Limited storage - clothes hangers over sink unit and no drawers for clothers. So ok for a 2-3 night stay but no longer.

The room was incredibly small, but to be expected. The staff were nice as well. My issue is the AC is motion based. It kept shutting off at night and so the heat kept waking us up. Possibly upset error, maybe there is a way to keep it on, but it definitely wasn’t obvious.

Helpful and kind staff. Clean property. In the heart of Times Square.
