The Hilton Club - New York

Great place. Great location. Loved it.

What I appreciated was that I had been on a redeye flight all night with no sleep and when I arrived at the hotel, I inquired if they had a restroom where I could brush my teeth, freshen up, change clothes and then check my bags until the 3pm check-in and they were kind enough to check their rooms and one was already available, so I could check in early without additional charge.

Brilliant hotel and so close to Central Park

Loved this hotel. Excellent location. Comfortable bed and spacious room. The only complaint is that elevators can take a while in the morning up to 20 min with so many floors and people using them. The elevator would stop and be completely full. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much

Spacious, clean room with a great view Comfy bed 5 min walk to Central Park Lifts slightly annoying but we knew that would be the case before hand We were asked if we would like to attend a Hilton club presentation for 1 hour and 30 mins to tell us about Hilton Club and show us the view from the top floor of the hotel. What we weren’t told was that this was a 1 hour 30 min sales pitch which was quite intense and uncomfortable for us and wasted our time

Exceptional

Super easy location. Clean and spacious room. Everyone was friendly. Maybe proactively let clients know they don’t need to wait in the normal Hilton line. We waited about 30 minutes - they gave us bottled water though, before we found out we needed to check in on another floor. Also there are major issues with the elevators and wait times. Thankfully we were told discreetly to use the service elevators which simplified things. But expect waits at busy times.

Very clean hotel with amazing staff - we couldn’t ask for better than this!

Clean and comfortable. Excellent location and walking distance for many things. I was really impressed with the security check in when we got back to the hotel after dinner and drinks.

The room had plenty of space for us, it was not super tight. Location of the hotel helps a lot, we could go walking to Central Park or to Time Square or other places. Subway stations nearby helped a lot. Reception staff were helpful and polite. The hotel itself feels almost like a mall/convention center given everything it has in its facilities. Had a pleasant stay and would definitely be back in another occasion.

Room too small and the bathroom too.

The room was incredible but the staff was simply superb - we just couldn’t ask for anything better. Karina was amazing - how well she treated us the entire time of our stay. She provided us with treatment we haven’t experienced since staying at the Waldorf Astoria!
