The room was beautiful and spacious. Adam the front door man was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Gave us great recommendations for pizza, dinner and places to see. Definitely would recommend this place.

This hotel is perfect location and all other things! We had a great room, clean and charming and the staff is the best. Highly recommend!!

The room was small and located directly across from the elevator doors. Our room A/C did not work that well and the light by the bed did not work with the light switch. In addition the safety door lock did not work and as a result the door did not seal tightly so you could hear people in the hall talking after getting off the elevator. The cleaning staff did not replenish the toilet paper or kleenex every day when cleaning the room nor provide the proper quantity of towels.

The elevators are a little bit smaller than usual. The city view from the room was very good. The space in the room was perfect for the 4 of us.

We didn’t get help from a concierge because they weren’t available any time we needed help. We liked having a suite. Lots of room and separate space for family. We will go back for sure !

We loved our stay at the Warwick! It was in the most perfect location for us. So close to 5th Avenue, Rockerfeller, Central Park and only 10 mins walk to Times Square. It felt very safe too. The staff were friendly and helpful and the lady made up our room so nicely each day. We were on the 19th floor with a city view. Our room was so much bigger than I was expecting for NY. Extremely spacious for a family of 4. We didn’t find the elevators a problem at all. We will most definitely be back! N/A

The complimentary breakfast was not complimentary. The free bed we were promised was not free it was $30/day and when we arrived early we were charged to hold our bags and then only one of our 2 rooms was ready at check in time. The other we were told would be ready about 30 to 60 min later. The room was clean but we were only provided 2 towels for 3 people and the hairdryer didnt work

If I could give this property extra stars I would. It's beautiful. It's conveniently located in New York since my family was attending a Broadway show, seeing Rockefeller Center, and enjoying a walk in Central Park. The staff was beyond helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. They gave us extra waters, helped us set up the foldout couch for the kids... I could go on. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. And for New York, the rooms were incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend!
