All staff at the reception desk were lovely and when we requested to change from our original suite, they were able to accommodate our request on the 2nd of 4 nights. Our original suite was very dark, despite windows on 2 sides, due to scaffolding and proximity of neighboring buildings’ walls. It was really like night in the room all hours. Be cautious in booking rooms on interior hallways. Photos may show windows but it’s hard to tell that they don’t allow ANY light in. We were willing to switch to much smaller room that was very bright, facing 6th Ave. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but we managed. Elevators also small and required patience during busy times when they might stop but reveal no space. Location of the hotel was terrific for many attractions. Recommend phoning hotel directly if you have any question on position of room.

Staff is very good. Location excellent and the hotel a vintage NYC and well maintained

Shower barely worked, rooms felt outdated, wouldn’t recommend
-
Room lacked natural light. Shower did not have adequate hot water temperature, barely warm.

The staff was very welcoming! I feel terrible about names, I forgot my glasses, but everyone always greeted and engaged in conversations. On Saturday, we left happy, rested, and overall satisfied. :)

Booked a junior suite overlooking the avenue (RCMH) for 3 of us ~ the living room (+ an 4 top table & chairs) was wonderfully spacious. Room has a small fridge and keurig. Sofa is not a sleeper so we had a rollaway brought up. The bathroom was large (nice shower) although counter space was sparse - we happily made do. Bathroom lighting could be improved (quite dim), but again everything else made up for it. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Will 100% book again.

We stayed in Rm 1909. The room was clean but smelled musty. The bathroom was very small. Next to no counter space. The shower room was also very small. I am a very petite person and I barely fit. The hotel location was 10 to 15 minute walk to most places we were interested in.

Lovely bar with big windows looking out onto 6th Avex One issue with the room -we booked a premier room but did not opt for a city view- the room had no daylight at all looking out on some kind of shaft

Warwick is a classic NYC hotel in a great location. It is close to the park, Time's Square, upper West Side, subway stations. Second time we have stayed here. Our room was large, clean and well attended to by the housekeeping staff. Highly recommend this hotel if you want something less corporate-y but still has a few amenities like fitness club, restaurant and lounge.

I love this hotel! I’ve stayed here many times and have gotten to know the staff. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and I love the convenient location. It’s an easy walk to the theaters district and museums, Central Park, etc.

Had an earlier wonderful stay in April, so we booked again for this weekend. While I did not like our room this time as much as the one we had in April, this hotel is really good! Rooms are nicely sized and the A/C works! Towels are nice and beds are very comfortable. The only issue we have had for both stays is the time it takes to check in; work is needed to make sure adequate staff is on hand and at the front desk when guests arrive for the 3pm check-in time.

The location was great. Right near the Theaters, but could avoid Times Square most of the time. City view room was a building.

Very good

Great location. Spacious room - which had been my main goal, due to large suitcases. Comfortable beds. Expensive continental breakfast, but the grab and go coffee facility was good. Somewhat dated fixtures and fittings. Holes in shower curtain! No bedroom slippers provided. Noisy room - best to ask for non street room when booking. mini bar fridge was empty. No tea/kettle in room and sad looking coffee maker with fixings.
