Location, buzzy atmosphere/sophisticated and tasteful decor, the staff, very comfortable room, nothing appeared to be too much trouble. Communal areas a bit limited for space. Lovely if no one else around but there always are people around.

Decor and location were excellent . The room very comfortable. I had to ask several times for a bed to be put in our room for our grown up daughter, even though I confirmed the booking was for three people prior to arrival . I found that the staff were ok , not great . I just felt their service was perfunctory and not the standard expected . Breakfast was again just ok . It could be so much better . Three people on a table designed for two is eminently unsuitable, especially when staff were so slow at removing dirty plates . Also the pastry and bread choices were very limited. Absolutely not value for money . Poor.

Great location, very comfortable, lovely interior design, a treat! Staff very helpful! It would be nice to have a coffee/tea station in the room. It appears to be an American trend not to include breakfast in the rates as a given? All the taxes that are added on at the end, rates should include the taxes, after all they don’t change?
