Great location, staff was friendly and easy to work with, always available.

Our suite was very spacious and clean. Staff was vary kind and effective.

Love the location. Love our suite with the terrace. Staff is great and professional. The common elevator could use a bit of deep cleaning. And the bathroom needs a bit of updating as well.

Great home away from home.

What impressed me even more was the team. Everyone — from the front desk to housekeeping — is incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to work here. You can feel that they put their heart into what they do, and it creates such a calm, caring atmosphere. Honestly, part of me doesn’t even want to write this review because I know more people will discover how great this place is… and then there might be no rooms left! But the team here deserves all the appreciation. Thank you for making every stay special — I’m done searching for a better place in NYC.

Room was great space and very clean .. Staff always super kind and available, both in the lobby/at reception and on the floors (cleaning ladies and handy men). A’ Cafè very cute. Location is just amazing, very central and 1 min walk from Central Park.

Location More attention to deep cleaning between stays

LAUNDRY FACILITIES,Nice Lobby, Location My room was not ideally located…view was a construction area. The price was extremely high for the studio, with no daily cleaning…I would have been better off at a full service hotel

Comfortable, spacious, quiet room, but bathroom very tiny, although I liked having a tub. Disappointed there was no coffee available in room, but front desk clerk brought me some with some sweeteners from the hotel cafe.

Rare large room near Central Park,the kitchen is well equipped and very convenient.

I travel by myself and felt perfectly safe at this Hotel. I loved the location as I was on a Museum trip and many of the ones I visit were nearby. I loved the kitchenette and the ability to get my own morning coffee and my meals if I chose to stay in for the night. I be appreciated the bath tub as many hotels are taking them out. The star of my trip was the terrace. It was such a blessing to have an outdoor space. I truly loved that and will be back!

The location is great, close to Central Park. The kitchen was helpful with a decent size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, coffee pot. There was a kitchen, but no where for two people to sit and eat…no table and chairs. We had to have ice delivered to us, which was inconvenient. The lounge was only open M-F, which we found out on Saturday.
