Aside from the location, nothing at the hotel was worth the price. The rooms had a terrible smell and felt cramped and poorly designed. Overall, a complete disappointment — one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Aside from the location, nothing at the hotel was worth the price. The view of the park was great.

Super spa - got a great facial, and the steam room was high quality (fast to warm up, good steam). Very friendly and helpful staff including concierge and doormen

We had a wonderful experience. Jenny at the front desk saved my birthday weekend by finding a room with a park view that I really wanted. It was heavenly to wake up and see the Park sunrise in the morning and the lights at night. The doormen were exceptionally friendly and always remembered me with greetings. The rooms was nicely decorated. We did not check out the spa.

Well located across the street from the park. Nice gym and great spa (La Prarie). Very helpful and friendly staff - from the doormen to the concierge (who made great restaurant recommendations) to the exacting cleaning team. A fabulous stay

Amazing spa - Naima gave me a fabulous facial. Very relaxing, high quality products (La Prairie) and good steam room.

Suite was great for couple and 2 adult kids, ideal spot to walk to park, museums, 30 rock, opera. Attentive staff.
-
The rooms were very comfortable. Perhaps could do with tea or coffee making facilities which were sadly lacking. I asked for a rollaway bed for one of the rooms but it was not there when we arrived at midnight. All we wanted to do was go to bed but we were not able to. A fiasco ensued, we had to wait ages - not good, we were not at all happy.

Front desk excellent

Large comfortable room. Fast WiFi. Everyone provided excellent service. Highly recommended.
