Clean room , exceptional hotel staff gave great customer service

If you need a break from the rush of the city and noise, this is the place to stay. Relax and recharge. The property is beautiful and the staff are welcoming. We really recommend this hotel.

This hotel needs a lot of work is not what it was rated at

This is a tired hotel in Midtown, it needs a deep clean and some good maintenance really doesn’t deserve the star rating that it was posted at

This hotel has a good location, but seems like any attempts to maintain the property or update the rooms have long been abandoned. It’s not nice. I would describe it as somewhere between a safe room for an informant and an airport hotel with some divorced dad energy thrown in.

We got lucky and received a free upgrade to a Pent House room! The location is great, just a few blocks from Central Park in one direction and Times Square in the other. There are bus stops and subway entrances close by. It was easy to make pit stops at the hotel when we would be passing thru or hanging out in the neighbourhood.

The room was clean

For the price it was 'ok' room needed updating slightly, the main reception and the restaurant attached was 10/10 the pictures I saw of the hotel sold a dream, however slightly disapointed with the room.

This is a very basic little hotel. The staff was very nice, but the carpets feel grimy and the rooms need updating (at least mine did). However the room was good-sized. I booked and paid through Expedia, but the hotel charged another considerable fee for some tourism tax. I'm not happy about that - and feel that Expedia should have made this clear in advance!!

Great location within a couple of blocks from Central Park, Times Square, and the Rockefeller Center. Rooms were nice and clean with daily maid service, unlike what is provided with the makor hotel brands these days.
-
Nothing stood out as being amazing or bad. It was a decent place to stay for the night we were in NYC. The staff we nice and the location was convenient. We'd stay here again.
-
The room met our needs, but for the high-season price, it felt very expensive for what the hotel actually offers. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the bathroom had great water pressure, although the water temperature was hard to control. The carpet felt dirty, so we did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. Other than that, everything was okay. Special thanks to the man who stored our luggage, he was the friendliest staff member.

Excellent location and great value for price. Clean, but bring flip flops.

Location Not clean, very noisy
-
Bed had visible hair on it with no fitted sheet. Splattered stains on the curtains. Missing and broken things in room. Staffing wasn’t the most friendly and/or helpful when trying to check in and when asking for a second wash cloth. Beyond the frustrations the stay was enjoyable and a good location.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good for a couple of nights stay.
-
Staff were very nice and pleasant. The room wasn't that clean. The rugs were dirty. Not much room. The breakfast included was misleading. Furniture looked very worn. Just wasn't comfortable.
-
Front desk staff never answers the phone. They do not help once a reservation is made. Good luck.
