The Leo House

Great location. Steps away from the subway, Starbucks, Target and many other stores and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood day and night. Clean rooms, great employees/service and an amazing free breakfast.

Busy but quiet. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Leo house. The staff was very sweet and helpful. I would stay here again next time I'm in NYC.

It is super clean, and in a great location. The staff was super nice. It is definitely a no frills experience, but the beds were comfortable, and lots of hot water!

Clearly not spending money on upkeep unless critical.

The staff were extremely helpful with everything

Nice room, nice breakfast, very convenient for local shops and restaurants in the Chelsea area. If in a room facing the road it can be a little noisy, the windows are not sealed.

Nice staff. It was very loud both from the hallway and the street so it was hard to sleep.

Great value for money stay in Manhattan. Appreciate the location. Room was clean and basic and really kind housekeeping staff. Breakfast option of fresh fruit, bagels and cereal and yoghurt was good. My third stay and will continue to make bookings.

Love this place so much - second time visiting, this time to introduce my niece to New York. Perfection location, and as a bonus the Tribeca Film Festival was happening directly across the street from our room - we got to see Spike Lee, Tracy Morgan, and Sarah Jessica Parker from our window!!!! love it all

Cleanliness Nice staff

The hotel is over 100 years old and still looks like. Bathroom shower had chipping of the tub, end table was worn and old, bed was old and small, TV was not working and when I asked to have it fixed, they said they would send someone. 3 hours later, I asked again and was told they couldn't find anyone to fix it. No compensation or apologies. Staff is slow and unresponsive to customers needs.

The Leo hotel was for us in a great Central location location. Hotel was clean and tidy. Small garden space which was quiet and a sun trap. Would recommend to others. Ticked boxes somewhere to lay your head shower/bath. Clean and tidy.

Clean and nice hotel in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room size was small and the bed was barely sufficient for 2 people. Shared bathroom.

Exceptional

Breakfast is pretty good. Fresh and tasty fruits. The room was stuffy. The air conditioner neither cools nor ventilates. It makes noise but doesn't help.

Just do it ! Excelent basic but spotless walking distance to main attractions GOD BLESS
