Chelsea rooms

I mean, nothing against the staff, as it was pretty well maintained, but the room was teeny tiny and most everything in it was old and gross. It is close to everything, though; great location.

Shared bathrooms and showers, pack accordingly! Very quiet and comfortable. Convenient location!

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect for singles or couples. Coffee was great! Budget friendly with great location for MSG.

Close to the penn station and subway. Steps away to the Madison Square Garden. Very convenient location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room and place clean and well maintained. The outside can be a little sketchy. Some homeless asking you for money or just been there.. but i had no problem with that.

The price I didnt like that the bed was against the window which was were air conditioner was. I also didnt like that you had to climb all those stairs and share bathrooms and shower areas. Which that bathrooms were so small not hardly big enough to close the door and sit on toilet. Also not sink in 1 bathroom

Great value for the price! The rooms are small, and each floor has 2 shared bathrooms and 2 shared showers, but everything was clean. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get around New York. If you’re looking for an affordable place in a great area, I would definitely recommend it.

Nice place to stay

Property location is excellent walkable from Penn Station and another subway station. It's also walkable to Times Square and Broadway but a LONG walk. Good in the summer time. Toilet rooms are the tiniest ever. Your knees touch the door when sitting. Being thin is okay. Queen size non-shared bed room was very comfortable. Not a lot of walkable space in the room but I'm spending all my time out and about NYC. Safety of location is fine, but it doesn't compare to a 5th Ave. I enjoyed my stay and will consider coming back when I'm alone.

It’s in the heart of Chelsea in Manhattan! Very convenient close to the Madison square garden and a lot of places to eat nearby so great location! They don’t have quiet hours, I could hear both guest on the next rooms talking and laughing all night which made impossible to try to sleep, also the room was close to the street and the noise was just not pleasant

I got a DE LUXE queen room that was not too small with a comfortable bed. It was very clean, and even though it faced the avenue I slept well. The people were very nice. The bathrooms in the hall were spotless. It is much more pleasant to walk on the west side of Eighth Avenue and cross over at the intersection near the hotel. The sanitary facilities are in very small rooms, but that was not really a problem. The stairs are quite steep.

Easy to find, nice location, very clean and comfortable, cheerful and helpful staff. One bathroom on my floor was almost too tiny to use. But the other one was always available.

The bed mattress is very old and uncomfortable in the room

We had such an amazing stay here!! Staff was such a kind woman she let us check in earlier then booked, was super kind and helpful, the place was super clean and cozy.
