Holiday Inn Express NYC Chelsea – NoMad Area by IHG

The room was clean. The staff was mostly helpful. The breakfast was ok but served in the lobby area. Air conditioning was good but a little noisy.

The 2 full size room we had was so compact that only one person could move at a time. Everything was so pushed together with barely any walking space in the room and barely room for 3 people to place their belongings. No trash bags in a single trash container in room either. If a bigger person was in this room they wouldn't have managed well at all. I would estimate maybe a foot between the beds and this like counter top to move around. For the money I spent it wasn't worth it. Also for Expedia they failed to mention it was an extra $100.00 per 24 hours to park my car on hotel premises.

Was a excellent stay friendly staff .we sat and enjoyed the night air till 2 am in the front patio with no bothers and quiet street .

Staff was extremely warm and helpful. The free bottled water, coffee and the wine between 4-5pm were very nice for a hot summer day. Breakfast was adaquate for me, but the boys may wish to have a little more meat/sausages. AC was very strong, took us a while to figure out how to adjust it so it doesn't get too cold.

The front desk staff was really helpful and very nice. The close proximity to the train station was so convenient 10/10

The elevator had only one shaft that was operational leading to long waits since the car was also very small. Often it was faster to just use the stairs

Great quick trip in the city! I was greeted with wine, fresh baked cookies, use of the city bikes, a clean room that was well kept. Overall great money spent, we will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

I liked the location, the space and the staff, the place looked clean almost everywhere The toilette was barely working and it was dirty. Also we paid for two queen bed and ended up getting 2 double bed instead. Also they made us pay much more then what was written online.

El hotel está bien. Buena relación precio calidad. Muy buen desayuno atento a que está incluido en el precio. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas pero sirven para pocos días. La limpieza correcta. Lo que menos me gustó fue la zona en el sentido que está bien ubicado pero al estar muy cerca de Penn Station y de edificios comunitarios, hay muchos (pero muchos) homeless y adictos (tipo zombies) alrededor. Aclaro: no es una zona peligrosa en ningún sentido pero no es agradable para caminar.
