The room wasn’t swept properly. Woke up expecting a continental breakfast, instead walked into a nightmare. Should have stayed asleep, the night terrors are a dream in comparison to this experience. Staff either had a negative IQ, or had trouble justifying why I should pay $16 for an un toasted bagel & a build-a-parfait. Waited 30 minutes for the front desk to show up to pay for the Jail food mentioned. Will not be returning.

This is a clean, no frills place located in a safe neighborhood with its own parking lot. At $25 a night, parking is a bit steep considering there is street parking nearby. But you're paying for safety. It is conveniently located close to the ferry and Van Brunt street, as well as being close to Caroll Gardens. The breakfast was not worth it for 10/day. It was a bagel with cream cheese or a turkey sandwich. We opted to walk and find breakfast ourselves. We would certainly stay here again!

This is a little gem of a hotel. It’s not frills and the walls are a little thin, but the neighborhood is great and safe, the rooms are spacious (for New York) and they have onsite parking which is pretty rare. Great find for the price.

No laundry. No food. Weird neighborhood.

Convenient, clean, quiet, and affordable.

My card was charged twice . Everyone was acting confused and I showed that I was charged by bank. Then they can't give receipts . I'm still waiting in my refund . Then the tub had a ring around it . It was charged an additional 69 dollars . I asked the staff he said oh that sometimes happen. It's to many hidden fees and no answers. I'm so upset I'm still waiting on my Money to be released. I called my bank it's the hotel still has it on hold but know one seems to know. Disappointed and extremely upset

It was a perfect stay. The facilities are nice and well maintained. Was delighted to see my room had a bathtub and there was plenty of hot water. Helpful staff, etc. Def going back.

The staff were very helpful and kind. I stayed in the basement level, C, and it was very loud. But aside from that it was clean and comfortable.

They mention "Self parking on site" but conveniently forget to mention a nearly $30.00 parking fee to park behind the hotel. Which i believe is absurd and very overpriced.

The elevator would work sometimes and I'm disabled so stairs are very hard for me. The room also was suppose to come with breakfast and the front desk never gave us the voucher

The hotel is in a nice quite location, easy to find. The rooms are decent and comfortable for a short stay. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. I pass on the breakfast.

Staff is friendly & the room was very clean.
-
Great location but hotel 2-3 star. Parking is not free. If you need great location then you can stay there. But this is not Court yard Marriott or Hampton In

I seriously doubt if the room met fire code as there was no legal egress. The cellar window was about even with my face, and even if we could have reached it for escaping a fire, the window handle was broken off. This was not a "budget" room and came with a total price of $216 for one night. I requested an iron and ironing board, which were promptly delivered. But, the iron quit working after about 10 minutes, and it took almost an hour to get a replacement. The final straw occurred when we went to check out. The elevator would not come to our floor. We could hear it in the shaft and even suspected it did come to the cellar, but would not open! We tried for 16 minutes. There was no way we could haul our luggage upstairs so my husband went to find someone to help. A male employee came around the corner and I called out to him for assistance with the luggage. Instead he stood beside me pushing the button for another 5 minutes! I openly questioned his reasoning since I'd already informed him of the 16 minutes we'd spent pushing the button. Later found a rug in the lift blocking the sensor.

My only problem was there was not a microwave in the room.

On-site parking is a bargain, rooms are excellent for the money. Hotel staff was great.
