The room was as advertised and very clean. The staff were very helpful offering an early check-in for an additional fee. The hotel smelled great every time we entered. The drinking water stations were appreciated! Beds were comfortable. The pillows could use a little help, but understand that can be very much personal preference. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location, quality, cleanliness, etc. were top notch!

The Muse was a great location to walk to Times Square and to Broadway shows. The room size seemed a little bigger than some typical NYC rooms, so there was room to move around comfortably. The only complaint was the scent in the lobby was must too strong. Too much of a perfume smell and we couldn't sit there for long as it was too overwhelming. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The Muse was great for an overnight stay. It is modern, nicely decorated, and centrally located to restaurants, shops and Times Square.

Clean room. Housekeeping came everyday. The staff was excellent. The gentleman that checked us in, remembered me by name every time I saw him and gave great suggestions. Great staff. Clean. Large rooms for our family of 4.

The lighting in the bathroom could’ve been brighter but otherwise a great hotel perfectly located in Times Square with large and clean rooms

This hotel is a hidden jam in New York. It’s a wonderful location right off of Times Square on 46 Great walking distance to shopping and food. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was adorable. We had a little balcony, which was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. Anyone who wants to have a nice weekend in New York City.
