Rooms were clean and well maintained. There were no microwaves or free coffee, which was disappointing. They charged $45 a night as Hotel fee which was not part of booking.

Property is half a block from Time Square. You are in the heart of the fun, the vibration of the city. Sometimes the noise from Time Square expands past the square and it can be a little distracting, so I would request a non-street room. Honestly, a classy hotel where they get to know their guests and they greet you as you come and go. Awesome.

Hotel smells wet and stale it’s an older hotel that they’ve redone amenities are far in few between. They only have one restaurant if you will that’s not necessarily a restaurant it’s more a café where you order and pay at the desk and then they bring you your food The staff was good. The maids were awesome very accommodating for room cleaning times and they have a car service that brings you to the airport which is cheaper than an Uber. We’re kind of spoiled the initially stayed at Margaritaville the first two times that we were in New York so this was definitely a different experience. I would give the hotel itself a five out of 10 and the staff a nine out of 10. I will say if you’re looking for a quieter hotel with not a lot of individual staying there this may be the one for you however them being rated one of best boutique hotel in New York was with a 9.4 shocking if you want an amazing hotel to stay at. I definitely recommend Margaritaville.

The property is centrally located at times square. The rooms are quite big with enough power points and USB outlets for any needs. The hotel provides free water refill options which is useful, specially in a pinch. Staff is helpful.

I reserved at Deluxe King with city views. They gave me a room in a basement with 2 small “windows” that were ceiling height and “looked out “ on a brick wall 12 inches away and the blinds could not be raised - didn’t matter, I didn’t want to stare at a brick wall. Plus there was a weird half wall in the room that was 4 feet tall and 2.5 feet deep that restricted the windows. I was in rm 205 and it was horrible.

The employees are all very helpful. The check in process was the easiest and non time consuming process I’ve experienced. Daniel at the front desk was a tremendous help. The valets are also so professional and helpful.

Convenient and well priced. Not the best food for breakfast. Go elsewhere.

The Muse is our favorite place to stay in Manhattan. Clean, comfortable, and just steps from Times Square. The staff is amazing! It’s the perfect hotel for a Broadway weekend.

The Muse Hotel was a beautiful as the description stated. Conveniently located that we could easily walk or take the subway wherever we needed to go. Daniel, Patrick were excellent in information, suggestions at any request we made and Jan with those truffle fries were addictive. We definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

The staff was very responsive when I asked for towels, or called with a maintenance issue etc. The negatives is that the shower was difficult to receive hot water initially. Maintenance resolved the isssue. Another factor was the telephones in the room were out of service due to local construction. We had to step out in the hall to make calls downstairs. Overall it was a good experience. Absolutely no amenities. No pool, no hot tub, nothing. That was a huge disappointment.
