Staffs were so nice, our room was big enough for 3 people, shower was also big, room was clean, location was quiet but not sketchy, close to metro and everything was good!

The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the shower.

Our first trip to New York. The hotel was in a good location and in good repair. Nice staff and clean facilities.

I have stayed in several hotels in Midtown, but the Renwick was particularly exceptional. The location is fantastic (moments from Grand Central, great for the LIRR to JFK, easy walk to 5th Avenue shopping, Times Square, and Broadway theatres), my room was spacious and modern, and the gym was quiet and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and efficient. My only minor gripes were that I was given towels with small stains, and the “smart” TV had no smart functionality – but you’re in New York, who needs TV!

Great hotel, very nice sized room for New York, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were kind and location was great. 3 minute walk to grand central station, 10-15 minute walk to Times Square, and 10-15 minute walk to 5th avenue attractions. Everything is close. Extremely quiet as well.

First time staying here and really enjoyed the boutique and unique character of the hotel, including the lobby, bar, and our room.

staff members were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and we appreciated the complementary water bottles! luggage storage was also available for us after checking out so we were able to explore the city some more without the hassle of our luggage! would stay here again:) the only negative was the destination fee which was $200 USD for our 5 night stay but it was also disclosed ahead of time and the staff was able to explain it to us!

Had plumbing issues with are tub. It would fill up over your ankles an then take 3 hrs to drain.

Great location, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi is a quite slow but not a huge issue when you’re out and about most of the day. Would stay again.

Great location and good size rooms for a small boutique hotel! The best part was the staff. The front desk staff and bellmen taking care of our luggage were all extremely helpful and friendly. I want to do a special call out to Judy who so helpful and friendly at the front desk. She answered all our questions and helped with a billing issue. I also heard her be so friendly and helpful to other guests as I waited in line. You don't often find such friendly service anymore at most hotels. We will be coming back for sure!

Location and hotel were great. I got an upgrade by Booking to a suite, but when I arrived to the hotel I was informed the suite wasn’t available so I got a regular king size room :/ The housekeeper didn’t change my towels when cleaning the room so I had to request them at front desk.
