YOTEL New York Times Square

The room was dirty. The space was small. The staff was rude and my room was not the one i booked. They did no give me any solution and just made the excuse that they were overbooked. No compensation was give just a whole lot of attitude. Alot of homeless people outside, in the lobby and in the elevator. They have no security keeping this so call hotel safe. Heard lots of complaints and issues with other guests as well during the stay. This was far from an enjoyable stay and I ask everyone to double check before booking here because it has been a very bad experience with this hotel. There's a reason why the rates are so cheap.

At first a very nice management lady helped me. But, after that the other staft wouldn't help me AT ALL. No coffee machine in room, no refrigerator, not even an ice bucket. It's not much to ask for. The ONLY THING this place has going for it if this ONE very nice Lady in management who saw i need help and decided to trust me and help me. To Her, I give a warm thank you!

Overall great hotel, the best things about the hotel was the location and staff. Staff was overall friendly and always ready too help.

The first junior king suit room they gave my son and I was covered in cigarette ashes and blunts EVERYWHERE!! It reeked of old ash smell so bad my son thouth he was gonna be sick! I immediately when down and shows the staff a video of the room and he said " o i'll talk to the manager for you." And dissappeared for 20 minutes. When he returned all he said was "here is you new room that should not have happened." No manager to talk to, no nothing! Put me in the room next door which was better but not as clean as it should of been, still stuff in the floor, sofa still had nasty stains the could of been cleaned out, but not as bad. The tv did not work right always loosing signal. At least the hot tub worked. The staff was friendly. But horrible management! The manager should have shown face. I will say the restaurant there was great! The rest not so much. I paid over $1700 and definitely could of gotten a nicer hotel for that price as i have stayed at margaritaville a couple of blocks further away for less and and got top notch everything! I am d ok ne with my ranting. No i do not recommend unless they get their act together!

Great location for the Javits Center. Very small rooms, old furniture that was worn and chipped. Ice machines on 3 floors we checked did not work. No clue what the $50/night resort fee was for. The automated luggage storage was broken the entire time we were there.

Nice vibe, very clean rooms, and overall a great getaway type of spot.

The rooms were more spacious than expected (after reading many reviews). Rooms were also very clean. The outdoor bar was very enjoyable. Nice location close to Time Square and within walking distance to Grand Central.

Location, location, location and the hotel and room was clean.View was fabulous. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the shower. The room was small, but given everything else that was not a problem.
