Hudson Yards Hotel

The AC was great. The room is outdated and a little dark. Not many plugs to charge devices. The distance from the Javtis was perfect, 6-7 min walk. I will be back next year for AnimeNYC.

Perfect stay for Anime Con. Close to the Center but not right there, located next to a CVS and everything was in good order.

Nothing much.

The smell of a moldy, dirty mop hit my nose the minute I walked into my room. I'm not sure if it was only the floors that smelled or the dirty filter from the window unit air-conditioning which I found very disturbing as I'm not sure it's secure -

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Well maintained place and close to nice restaurants. There was a nice coffee and breakfast cafe right in front of the hotel. The river walk is close by. Great location. Subway station nearby. Bathroom was large size and nice. No closet to hang clothes. Airconditioning was excellent and great view. Nice hallways with sitting areas.

Very good

I loved it. I stayed in December 2025 service wasn’t great but visited in August 2026. I guess they’ve improved and housekeeping staff was excellent. Only complaint is they didn’t pick up the trash as often but other than that sheets were changed often, and the housekeeping was very nice and the front desk was very professional and nice.

Hire people with empathy for guests' problems and "common sense" for the front desk position.

I had a brief stay here. Nice hotel for the price. Clean bed and bathroom.

Great Experience!

Walls were thin, so we woke up every night to people talking in the hallway. Additionally, the hallway was strangely hot. The room itself was fine, but it was unfortunate that there were no windows to outside - it would have been nice to know that prior to booking the room.

Bed was very comfy, & the courtyard easily accessible The ac in the window in hallways make it warm & track of bath slider door dirty w hair caught in it

La posizione Non c’erano i cartelli da appendere fuori dalla porta con “not disturb” nella stanza. La mattina sono entrati quelli del servizio pulizie senza autorizzazione e ovviamente non avevo chiuso la valigia con il lucchetto. Non è sparito nulla ma vorrei saperlo se qualcuno entra in stanza.

The 2 staff that assisted me was very nice and easy going, made the process checking into my first hotel great and set the example The bathroom was a little dirty with hair shavings from the previous stay
