I liked the location.There is an iron, a heater, and a hair dryer. A lot of things I didn’t like. There is no elevator, the hallways are narrow, the door handle is falling off, there were used condoms in the drawers, and there is no headboard on the bed. :((

Good location and the room was clean. The front desk man was not welcoming. He said he would charge me an additional $50 for my service dog. Despite me explaining that one cannot charge a “pet” fee for a service dog, I had to call the agency that trained and placed the dog with me. She in no uncertain terms made it quite clear how illegal this was. I was not charged, however, it caused me undue emotional distress that was not necessary and started my happy trip off on a sour note. The TV in our room did not work and front desk man after trying a new remote ( despite current remote working) said, I’m sorry, I’ll add it to the list for maintenance. The bed was rock hard. Not cozy or comfortable at all. The toilet ran approximately every 15 mins. And the worst was that the lock on the front door of the hotel was “broken” and every time one needed to return, the front desk man had to open it. Not too bad, until I tried to return at 10pm and no one was stationed at the front desk. Banging on the window and constantly ringing in Ring doorbell did nothing. Eventually, there were 7 of us standing outside trying to get in. Finally another guest came from her room and let us in. I will never stay here again. Supreme disappointment. Horrible.

people don't worry about the bad reviews you're seeing from other people because they must be the drug addicts or from other states or countries because they don't know what the deal is in New York because this is very clean very great location it's perfect for a night or two or even a week it's very nice the bed was super comfortable clean the bathroom is clean I mean a little bit older but it's fine it was beautiful everything was great everything was great also very affordable and your surrounded by everything!! The guy is the morning was nice The India lady in the front is very rude and very unprofessional also this place is nasty maggots in the trash can it was so embarrassing when I left I had a dead cockroach on my luggage

Room was awful and was not even close as to what was shown in the booking. No wash cloths, stains on the lamp shades, hand/finger prints on the head board, bathroom door wouldn’t close, hair and stuff in sink, used Q tips on floor and tub was so dirty you couldn’t take a bath

My daughter and I was very comfortable staying there..On my future vacations in New York we will be coming back to your hotel . Thankyou ❤️

We mainly chose this hotel based on proximity to the events we wanted to attend. The photos looked like the place was okay and the reviews were pretty good. We were not looking for an amazing place as we just really needed a place to relax after walking all day and to get up and go the next day. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with our room that the person on duty could not and did not really resolve. The bathroom sink had a very slow drain and the TV could get no stations or even apps to find something on streaming. We waited two hours for maintenance to come but they never did. We asked the attendant in the morning about the TV and it seemed like they also had no idea. Not really a deal breaker and, if you don't care about that stuff, the place was fine. But, housekeeping could be better. The common areas looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. There are also a lot of knicks and marks on the walls and parts of the wall were peeling in our bathroom. Bed was comfy and AC worked well. Location was convenient and, aside from someone who thought it was a good idea to go out into the hall at 2-3am to have a phone conversation, it was quiet enough. It's a no frills place and, if you don't need a bunch of outlets or quality furnishings, then this place should suffice.

Nothing. When came to the front door, I just told my daughter it was not what I expected… False promotion. When I got there, it was full, even I showed my confirmation, they said my room was sold, and that they cancelled my reservation. Lied saying they called me because I didn’t received any call, email or message and my reservation was opened till the next day. I had to reserve in a different hotel, at 12:34 midnight. And funny fact is they were trying to charge me with $156 the next day. Even they said they cancelled my reservation, but it wasn’t true. They were waiting for me to cancel for them to charge me cancellation fees. Thanks God Booking got excellent service and they helped me. 414 is a trap…
