The room was huge! The shuttle was added convenience.

Big clean room. Nice staff. The airport shuttle is really helpful for an early morning flight!

Everything went well

Nice place but far from stores or restaurants. Parking costs about 25 a night.

This hotel was a 10/10! Everything is nice & updated, also valet parking is a plus it’s right on the site!!!

The staff was friendly. The room was amazing and also the air conditioning. Would recommend to stay there again.

I booked two queen bed rooms but the hotel oversold and I had to end up with 1 king bed room. I booked because I have EV so thought of using car charging facility but I was informed only Valet guys can place the vehicle for charging and I have to pay $20 for it, whereas I had already paid for $30 for parking and by the way there is also NO clear instruction or information about valet only parking and paid parking prior to booking. One more thing is there are No Sign Boards for Confort Inn so very easy to miss…Thank You!

Transportation to and from airport is good Room is ok The property still in maintenance so you can heard people talk and walk in the morning kind loud from your room After all not to bad

Part of the property was being renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. The room door did not close securely unless you manually pull closed. Courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was only from 7-10(not early enough for us as we had to be out the door at 6:45). The coffee in the lobby was cold and got thrown out. Lobby and restaurant were under construction, which meant no dinner for us… Room was freshly remodeled. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Ice machine had a big water filter on it. Nice new clean gym. View of the city from the 7th floor.

On the downside: valet parking is the only option; access to the hotel when arriving at night is confusing; breakfast is OK, but no more than that.

Very easy with free van to/from airport. Good place for an overnight stay while traveling. Very friendly staff. There was a lot of construction, which meant the restaurant was closed. We should have been informed ahead of our stay.
