Breakfast was terrible. Dried out egg sandwiches, cereal and not much else. 1 out of 10

Perfect location & hotel.

Location was a little difficult for uber drivers to find initially, but overall a good find.

Very clean and spacious room.

It’s should be free parking… because of your location… 2 in a row that we were lost going to your area..

The room was very nice and spacious for the price Breakfast should be served until 10 or 9:30. 9AM is too early when checkout is 11.

We ask to have the beddings and towels changed after spending 3 nights but they never changed until we checked out in 6 days.

Called ahead of time to confirm the free shuttle details which runs every 30 minutes. Had to call back again on the day as the shuttle didn’t arrive, was put on hold twice for over 5 minutes (which was surprising since it was 2am), and then to finally be told that the shuttle runs 15 and 45 past the hour, which seems like key information the previous staff member failed to mention.

No Extended parking kinda ruined our trip. AC UNIT continuously turned on and off throughout the night with a person stomping above us we got 2 hours of sleep right before plane ride not great not a great visit

Clean room. Spacious. Helpful staff. Easy sign in process. Great breakfast.

Hotel and the room was clean and big. Breakfast area is a little confusing, but manageable. We got there around 3am and we got a little later time to check out thanks for the lady at the front desk! Nice hotel with shuttle service to EWR.

My stay was Excellent. The staff were courteous and attentive. I appreciated cleanliness of my room and the comfortable bed and pillows

Nota; El Airea Condiciones tienen que limpiarlo con Clorox porque olía a cigarrillo y tuve que apagarlo eso lo único que no me gusto.

Location, needed a place next to airport thats its only amenity. And Shuttle was great with a kind and helpful driver. Hotel Staff was stiff, cool to cold, sometimes absent,the breakfast was something one would expect from a Motel-6, the halls were dank amd dark, the pool has probably been closed since covid as an excuse to save money, the sundries area was old-bodega.

Love the people an the rooms water shower can be more hotter an the showers doors can be fix but anything else 10/10
