Horrendous check-in and mold on English muffins. Beware no airport shuttle to Terminal A despite saying shuttle to airport.

Friendly staff, good room, convenient airport shuttle. Breakfast ok. Expensive, but that’s New York!

Interaction with staff went very well. Breakfast was plentiful and had nice area to sit down and eat. Room was updated and clean. Very good job The location was great but it did seem like you where on an island in a sea of asphalt. The roads surrounding the area are so busy and the traffic patterns confusing. Not really fault of staff or management but that was kinda of a downer. I'm sure if I was flying out my opinion on this would be different but we were just "on the road again '

It was close to the airport and close enough to NYC I didn’t have any issues

Breakfast was not very good. Breakfast sandwiches were both soggy in parts and hard in parts.

Shuttle service to EWR is a huge bonus. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely book again.

Very clean and comfortable room after arriving on flight late at night. Breakfast was of a high quality. Nice touches like fresh fruit . All was good

Bon pour un arrêt pré-aéroports ou pré-croisière. Le problème est l’absence de restaurants au alentour. Devons sortir avec l’auto. Rien à pied au alentour.
