Liberty from our room.

Their key system was down when we arrived, a member of the staff had to go up to the room to let us in . Not sure if they ever fixed it as we left the following day . Also I completely understand that they were having a bad day with the system being down however the front desk agent was too overwhelmed because she was by herself and was kind of rude to customers, not too helpful when we were asking questions regarding the shuttle bus and parking.

The breakfast tasted really bad! We couldn’t eat the breakfast so we had to go out for the breakfast! The pool water was cold! I wasn’t expecting such experience at Mariot

This was actually a very nice stay! The person who checked me in was the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met in hospitality, but the room was great and housekeeping was very helpful!

The room had no conditioner in the shower. The body lotion for 3 people and 2 night was limited to one small tube. The air conditioner is set for hotel preference and cannot be adjusted to guests’ settings. The usb ports are not working. The pool is green and appeared polluted, which made it unusable. The shuttle services from airport to hotel is pathetic. We waited for one an a half hour and call hotel twice to get the shuttle. The customer service unacceptable. The front desk personnel is rude in multiple attempts to reach for assistance. We just moved in and saw that they offer water bottles to other customers. However, when we asked for water, they denied it and pointed to local store for purchase. When we called for shuttle first time, the person rudely interrupted and didn’t try to assist us. When we called 2nd time half hour later the person hung up on us. Overall experience is awful. We will never come back to this hotel and strongly recommend to avoid it if you want to experience nice hospitality.

Everyrhing was food wxcept the location. If you want to take a bus transit from the hotel you cannot take it. Also you cannot walk or cross the road as it is a highway otherwiss the bus stand is right across fhe street.

All was good except the shuttle pickup. The directions were incorrect and the ease to get it at the airport was dreadful

Flight canceled and booked hotel immediately. Followed instructions to get shuttle at P3. No shuttle for 45 mins. Huge group of us waiting and calling. Staff lied and said bus was just there and picked up people. I and the others were there at that time. Van arrived and driver shocked people were waiting. Call came thru while driving to hotel and he placed on speaker of front desk saying a lot of angry people waiting at P3. Arrived and checked in and overheard front desk laughing about how angry people were about shuttle. Went to room to sleep and heard loud noise (it was someone trying to get in my room). Then startled awake by someone actually opening door (did not identify themselves). Called front desk…no apology just stuttered and said it was a mistake? Horrible staff, Horrible Hospitality! I worked for Marriott and these are not their standards. Ask to speak to GM twice and never bothered to call. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
