Nasty! The room had a very bad odor. The walls were thin. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Towels had hair on them. At around 2 am I was woken up by the strongest Marijuana smell. It smelt like . DO omeone was smoking right next to me

As soon as we arrived on July 27th (after midnight so technically 28th) the place was surrounded by police cars..so NO I did not feel very safe..AT ALL. A guest came to my 10 year old son, leaned in and said if you stay here you will get bedbugs!!! Police came to our uber and said the place is ok now they were all getting ready to leave!!! Front desk had bullet proof barrier!! Room was filthy, dead spiders, heavy dust and dirt and garbage in corners. Old horrifying outlets and extension cords. Bathtub had a leak and was plugged and filling up with blunt shaven HAIRS! Could not use the shower, definitely would not brush our teeth or wash. Burn marks and holes in vanity. Carpet was so damp, we felt it through our socks. Slept on top of bed with clothes on. And last but not least the SMELL, mold or mildew. We spent 6 hours there and no accountability from anybody. How this place is not condemned is beyond me. Wished i had taken more picsDO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

One warning if you are planning to take transit into NYC is that it looks very close to a bus stop, but it is not. The stop is on the other side of a 10 lane highway with no footpath across. For those that are brave you can walk along the shoulder of the overpass there and then cross a 4 lane road to get there. I consider this mistake to be on me, and don't want to fault the hotel for it. An easier option is to take the hotel/parking shuttle to the airport and then there is decent transit from there. Or you can drive across the overpass and pay to park at the airport for the day.

Everything about this hotel was a mess.

Dirtiest, smelliest hotel I have ever seen. I checked out 5 minutes after checking in, there was absolutely no way stay at this stinky hotel. Black mold in the room, ac not working. Thank you expedia for getting me reimbursed even though the hotel didn't want to.

Terrible WELFARE MOTEL. Stay here if you want a Dirty Smoking Room with NO SHUTTLE even though you PAY for a Clean Non Smoking Double Room with 24/7 shuttle. I am a US ARMY veteran with an injured leg. I requested hotel Shuttle to pick me up from the airport per their instruction on Level P4 and the manager LAUGH in the phone and said they had no shuttle. He told me to walk or take an UBER but they refuse to pick me up. After arriving at the MOTEL (I saw the shuttle park in the hotel) ..they just decided not to honor the confirmation and sent a shuttle per the EXPEDIA confirmation. When I got to my room I got a smoking room that was dirty. When I look around the hotel all I saw was destitute people (including prostitutes). This is NOT a family friendly place but a BROTHEL.
