As a whole it was a good hotel.

A few was a bit off. Some thing weren’t up to par. Not bad but not good.

The rooms could be cleaner especially the carpets and the bathroom. One of the airport shuttle driver’s wasn’t very friendly and the shuttle at midnight took about an hr to arrive. The positive is the hotel isn’t very far from Newark airport.

Clean room, no frills location

The room was clean. However was a weird smell, perhaps smoke? Otherwise, it was fine- had everything we needed and was comfortable. Wifi was easy to connect to and bathroom had plenty of towels. There was a fridge in the room as well. Not bad and would stay again if I was in the area!

Staff were great and the rooms were perfectly cold on a hot day! So convivent and close to airport with free shuttle to trains!

Helpful staff and very friendly. Restaurant was pretty good. Hotel was clean and conveniently located for the Prudential center and airport.

Everything was great.

The check in line was extremely long and slow especially for checking in after 6:00pm. The parking was $21 a night too much for less than 24 hrs. The room had a smell to it that I couldn’t explain. I had no time to complain because after my 5hr drive there, I had less than 40mins. For us to get dressed and make it to Manhattan. The buffet style breakfast at $19 each for me was a lot because I don’t eat much. The staff was very polite throughout my overnight stay.

Location is very good. Hotel is good value.

So here is what Expedia doesn't tell you. If you don't have a car, your own are a rental this might not be the best hotel for you. The Hotel is on a dead end road next to the State Prison. There is no access to transit stores or eateries. You will have to have food delivered. Uber, Lift or taxi will be your mode of transportation. Therr is a shuttle back and forth to the airport. The people are friendly and the service is great.
